I would highly recommend this walking tour as an orientation to the city of Adelaide. Graham, the guide from Down to Earth tours was very welcoming and he displayed an excellent knowledge of the distinctive history of Adelaide and the cultural district along North Terrace. Even though I was the only participant on this tour, it still operated, which I was grateful for. Jenny

The Cultural Caper Adelaide Walking tour was a great way to see some of the history of Adelaide that you might otherwise miss. I greatly appreciated the fact that Graeme continued the tour even though I was the only one booked on the Sunday morning. We had an excellent two hours exploring North Terrace.. Graeme was very knowledgeable and had a folder of images showing the buildings as first built which helped the visitor to appreciate the development of Adelaide since its inception based on utopian ideas. The tour was well paced and there was plenty of time to contemplate the work that had gone into to developing the buildings with the available construction equipment. I came away with a lot of appreciation for the city and the people that have built the city over the years. The Cultural Caper Adelaide Walking Tour is a great experience.

Enjoyed our walking tour of Adelaide despite the fact it was raining. Graham, our guide was undaunted by the rain, and enthusiastic about sharing the history of buildings and statues Enroute. It was a good grounding for our two days in Adelaide. I would recommend this tour.

This was a wonderful surprise. Our guide is 3rd generation Adelaide and even though there were only 2 of us, he did not cancel the tour. It happened to be the annual Christmas parade, with 300,000 people lining the street. We connected downtown, he modified the tour so we were away from the parade and had the city to ourselves. What FUN! He took us to out of the way places and made sure we got back for the end of the parade with bag piper and confetti and then got us into the beautiful library which looks like it came direct from Harry Potter. After our tour was finished, he gave us ideas and directions for the remainder of the day. Strongly recommend.
