Mountain Bike The Outback Whatever your fitness or confidence level, these Mountain Bike Tours are customized to your experiences, needs & wants. Venture into the bush that surrounds Alice Springs & ride some of the most amazing & unique mountain bike trails in Australia, always on the look out for friendly wallabies and kangaroos.
Velo Excursion Tour Travelling by bike, you'll enjoy a picturesque 3km bike ride alongside the dry Todd River bed into the National Park. On this route you’ll experience the unique detail of our outback town. You will receive a guided tour of the Telegraph Station, snacks at the Trail Station Cafe, and then a cycle to Yubu Napa Art Gallery where original and contemporary artworks are showcased, and indigenous artists are often in residence.

Mountain bike, helmet, guide, water bottle, drinks and snacks, mechanical support and tour guide included.
Riders should wear comfortable and non-restricting clothing (loose trousers are not advised) and runners/walking shoes
Items to bring: daypack to carry personal items, drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses – camera if desired
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age
Total duration of tour is 3-hours, this includes bike and equipment set up, skills tuition and rest breaks while riding
