A short transfer from all accommodation in Alice Springs to Undoolya Station, only 17km east of the town centre. This is the oldest working cattle station in the Northern Territory and Outback Quad Adventures are the sole operators on the station.
Undoolya Station has been operating since the 1800s. The people associated with the property and the history that has been created is nothing short of fascinating. The property is named after the aboriginal word meaning, shadow. The homestead was one of the first buildings constructed in Central Australia, and is still the main family accommodation.
This adventure includes a guided tour with commentary across the station over bush tracks, dry riverbeds and alongside mountain ranges. Wildlife can also be viewed at close proximity.
All bikes are fully automatic, superior specification, and easy and fun to ride. No license is required. No previous experience is necessary and the tour operator has an excellent safety record. This Quad Rush tour is bound to leave you breathless!
We had a great time quad biking, it's been real fun! Great to see some nature and how everything works on a cattle farm.

Done this before and was even better second time around. It was interesting to hear first hand the running of the cattle ranch. Rusty was an excellent and informative about a land he loved. Do this if you get the chance.

Those quad bikes are so powerful. Really enjoyed it!! The guide was exceptionally friendly. There were only 4 people including the guide. Saw 2 wild kangaroos. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time on the quad bike tour. The woman guide was friendly and informative. The only downside were the flies, but that just comes with the whole outback experience. The gentleman who picked us up and dropped us off was kind enough to give us a little tour of the town. It was a fun time!

This was a fantastic experience - a great way to see the Ranges, to learn a little about the land and the Station - the challenges they face and how the property is run - and have fun! The Quadbikes are easy to handle - I just wish I could have taken one home!

Our 4 wheeler guide was extremely knowledgable, very friendly and open to answering any questions. If we didn't have any questions he was a great story teller. Very interesting cattle farm to visit, would do it again in a heart beat. Bikes run well. Only thing I would change, more stopping for pictures!
