There was no indication either at the airport or beforehand as to who was picking us up. So when we arrived we were totally confused as to where to go etc etc. The mini-bus sat for ages at the airport to fill with passengers for the trip to Alice Springs. As this was our first trip to Alice Springs, we were happy to meander about Alice Springs until we were dropped at our hotel. I'm glad that I didn't have to go to the toilet like one older gentleman on the bus who was clearly inconvenienced by the very long time that the trip took. Next time I will catch a taxi.

Only 80F out but it was at least 100F on the bus, bus is not equipped to transport luggsge so its trailered behind and carry in bags end up on your lap, very ghetto

Staff on the phone were very nice when I confirmed my booking the day before. I even managed to get my friend who was traveling with me a spot on the shuttle at the last minute day before. Shuttle showed up on time, got to airport in timely manner. Driver was polite. Thanks for a great experience!

We had to wait for our pick up at the airport upon arrival due to some tire problems, which I am glad they got fixed! However, we o only found out about the delay after waiting and waiting and then asking the lovely lady at the counter. Perhaps a bit better communication would have been nice? Other than that, the service was awesome and the drivers friendly and helpful. Pick up to the airport was right on time!
