What an amazing experience. We were greeted by our driver upon arrival at the airport and he drove us to our hotel where he helped with the check-in process. So no one is surprised, all the hotels have metal detectors and body scanners you have to walk through each time entering the hotel. This wasn't off-putting at all as it's for your safety. Petra is just amazing and much larger than we anticipated. We were told that approximately 90 of it is still underground. Next day we were off to Wadi Rum. We upgraded to a 3 hour jeep tour which was amazing. Our driver took my neck scarf and wrapped my head as a Bedouin and then took red from red rocks and painted my face as well. He showed us how the Bedouin's make soap out of a plant and then in the middle of nowhere we came across a Bedouin he knew that was brewing tea. We stopped and he threw his coat down for us to sit on in the sand and he then proceeded to pour us tea. Spent about half an hour there. Dead Sea was next. There are bowls of mud and you shouldn't miss the experience of slathering it all over your skin. It feels so soft going on. We then went to the water's edge and not quite sure how to approach floating but it just happens. Were told the Dead Sea is evaporating and may not be hear in 40 or so years. Jordan was amazing and we felt perfectly safe while there.

This was an amazing trip. Our guide suggested a couple of small logistical changes that were right on. Rather than going to Petra on the first day we switched the order of Petra and Wadi Rum. This was GREAT as we arrived at Petra just before it opened and were first in. Many of our pictures don't include any other tourists. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. This made for an awesome experience. We were a bit disappointed with the Dead Sea. 5 minutes to say that we experienced it was good enough. Wadi Rum made up for it. We expected it to be just OK, but will have lots of positive memories. First time riding a camel, and 5 days later I can still feel it. It is an amazing place. Bottom Line: Great Tour.

We had a particularly poor experience with this tour. We'd paid for 'Prime Class' hotels - which promised western 4 star standard. They were 2-3 star standard with poor food and, in Amman, poor location. Facilities at the Dead Sea were unsanitary. We were made to feel like an inconvenience to our driver. I would not recommend at all.

What a great tour! Our guide/driver Basel was amazing! He was very informative and made sure we were able to squeeze in some activities that were not part of the tour, like seeing Petra by night which was incredible! Highly recommend this tour and Basel as your guide/driver Zaid Tours.

Wadi Rum and Petra were highlights but the Dead Sea was a massive disappointment. Overall i found the country very expensive and the trip overpriced.

Awesome work done by Zaid Tours and Travel. Our guide for the entire trip, Auny, was great! They really made us feel comfortable and went out of the way to ensure that we managed to spend as much time at each site. The hotels we stayed in is nothing great but are generally clean. By Western standards, it's more of a 2 to 3 star.

A few friends and I traveled to Jordan for an extended weekend and all of us enjoyed the tour very much. Our tour guide, Basel A. Mousa was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived at the airport and drove us to our first hotel, The Bellevue in Amman and was very welcoming. Over our trip, we visited the Dead Sea, Petra, and Wadi Rum. All in all we had a great experience. Basel made sure we did everything we wanted to with an efficient schedule and was very informative. Both partiers remained on time throughput the trip making everything run smoothly. Highly recommend this trip, especially with Basel. Truly an experience the 5 of us will remember.

Our driver Basel A. Mousa is great! He drove safely and with lots of info shared with us. The program is good. However, some feedback, will be good that the agent can first give us list of hotels to choose in advance for our more preferred selection. Also, try to stay the last night at Dead sea than Amman. The program can be designed better if following that arrangement. Also, will be good to know there are options of better hotels facilities that we can use if we are willing to pay more to get into the dead sea beach side. Others are all good.

This tour was excellent. Hassle free and easy way to see the big sights in Jordan. Ask for Basel A. Mousa, he has a lot of insight for navigating the area, who to buy from and who not to buy from, and the best times to see the sights. We had an extra day in Jordan and he gave us a quick list of the best things to see with our extra time.

This was an amazing tour with great hotels and absolutely stunning historical sites and natural wonders. Our guide Ahmad was excellent: very knowledgeable and personable. In Petra, Essam was also brilliant as was Mohammed in Wadi Rum. The guides all went out of their way to make our trip an unforgettable experience. Thanks so much, Neil, Sally and Petra.

My two friends and I traveled to Jordan during Ramadan. This tour was SUPERB, and we would highly recommend it. Not only did it ease our travel concerns, as you receive pick-up from and drop-off to the airport, arranges transportation, and books hotels. We also loved the sights--the Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea, and Petra. And our guide, Basel, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and answered all of the questions we had throughout our trip. He even helped set up separate tours to Mount Nebo and Jerash for us! For a shorter stay in Jordan, take this trip! And request Basel--an amazing guy and guide!

This trip is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! Shadi was a wonderful guide and driver who was professional and reliable, as well as being a really nice guy! We were two young Australian women travelling together and he made us feel comfortable and safe at all times on the trip. We covered lots of ground and were so impressed by the parts of Jordan we saw. It is such a beautiful country with a fascinating history. We can't wait to return and explore more next time!

Me and my wife did this tour for one of our marriage anniversary and this is the best tour we have done so far, the Driver Shadi Abdulla, my new friend in Jordan was awesome he took utmost care of us and was very very careful while driving and also made sure we were comfortable all through the trip, he gave us many suggestions and helped ways to save money without compromising on luxury and safety ._br/_ I'm really happy with the tour and the people in the Jordan, I was initial skeptical about safety but Jordan was really a safe place to travel, I really liked the hospitality of the people there._br/_ During our tour, the tour manager Carol called us to wish us on our anniversary and made sure we were OK all through the trip, also they upgraded us with better accommodation in Wadi Rum for our anniversary._br/_ Jordan has got lot to see with great history and culture, I would definitely recommend the place and the tour.

This tour was simply amazing! The driver/tour guide was so knowledgeable and very, very nice. I went on this trip alone, and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Everyone I have come in contact with since returning from my trip, I have told them that I want them to visit and have the same magnificent experience as I did. This is the company to do it with!! Shadi was so good at taking care of everything that I needed. When I come back I will be requesting him again. There are no words to explain how well I was treated and taken care of. I am beyond happy that I got Shadi, I don't think the trip could of been any better.

Review by:   Robert D,    November 2015 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
This was my first time and Jordan and I was very excited about this package. Sadly, the trip was disappointing. My group selected the premium hotel option. We were expecting a five star hotel as promised in Amman but it was obvious upon arrival that the hotel, Regency Palace, had seen better days. The service was poor and bordering on rude. We arrived around 10pm and did not get our bags, even after calling down twice. Around 1am I went down and found the bags myself and brought them to the room. Additionally, while our guide was nice enough he only stopped at extremely over priced and touristy locations for meals and rest. I'm sure he was receiving some sort of commission for these stops. When we asked about a more local venues he acted confused and did not stop. Petra itself was lovely and the Moevenpick hotel was up to expectations so that was nice. Unfortunately there was no information or option of what to where to go other then the hotel after our tour. All in all if you want a tour where you go straight from the hotel to the attraction with no local flavor this is the tour for you. If you desire more than that and/or a more authentic experience choose another venue.

I love this trip for a short period! Petra: knowledgable tour guide for 2.5 hrs walking tour, amazing site! Wadi _br/_ Rum: spectacular desert wilderness and see the Bedouin locals where they live. Dead Sea: don't see any_br/_ thing special except it is called the Dead Sea! It is just like a beach and everyone has to pay a fee of 31.00 USD per day/per person. I did not bother to buy any of the dead sea products because I don't believed the products just like every brand is trying to sell its products! Nothing special at the Dead Sea.

This past weekend my sister and I Canadian, early twenties decided to take this tour in Jordan. Before booking we were a little apprehensive to be travelling as two young women and had been warned about the safety of travelling in a country surrounded by countries that are experiencing conflict. If anyone is hesitant we can tell you, we had a fantastic time and at no point did we feel unsafe or at risk on our journey! Many people we met expressed how tourism is suffering in Jordan which is extremely unfortunate - a beautiful country with very welcoming people. Our guide Shadi was fantastic, he was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate for our travel itinerary. We flew in late and he made sure that we could still get a meal at the hotel. As well, our flight home was in the evening on the last day so he adjusted our itinerary by taking us to the Dead Sea on the last day to give us more time and a more relaxed schedule - we really appreciated him thinking of this. All the guides we met throughout our trip in Petra and wadi rum spoke fantastic English and made sure we had an enjoyable time. Our guide Omar in Wadi Rum let us take the wheel on our desert excursion and showed us how locals like to drive through the sand dunes! Little things like that really made our experience in Jordan exceed expectations. There is quite a bit of driving on this tour, but if you want to see these three big attractions in a short time you have to be prepared for that. We would recommend this tour and really want to emphasize to anyone hesitant that as two young women travelling alone we felt completely comfortable and really appreciated having Shadi as our guide to show us around and ensure we were safe and sound throughout the entire tour. With a little more time we would definitely return to Jordan and keep exploring. Happy travels to those heading to this wonderful country!

Everyone in our family felt that this trip was a 10 out of 10. We loved the hike down to Petra, Wadi Rum was extremely beautiful, and getting to float in the dead sea was amazing!! Our tour guide, Mr. Nabil was very knowledgable and was kind to our children, which always scores a lot of points with us. We chose all tourist class hotels and we thought they were perfectly adequate. The Larsa hotel was clean and comfortable with good meals- we arrived at 3 am and they brought us sandwiches to our room! And the Amra Palace hotel was older but nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming- especially to our children- and the food and atmosphere were very good. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!

The tour was GREAT but some things could have been better. For instance. Amman West on our first day arrival Night - 2:00 AM advised us that we should order food because it was included. We did and was charged for not only the alcoholic beverages but the entire meal. Shadi our guide was FANTASTIC for the entire trip. He helped us with finding souvenirs but for every aspect of the entire three nights. The hotel in Petra which was different from what our reservation indicated was also Fantastic EXCEPT for the fact that they charged 3.50 JD for 24 hours PER COMPUTER. Which is totally unacceptable to me. The Dead Sea was great, The Petra guide was Excellent with many interesting facts. Overall the tour was well worth the charges.

We took this tour at the end of Feb 2015, arrived in Amman and were met by Hassan the driver for the company who Viator had farmed the tour out to, he was great through the trip. We went to Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead sea, but it so happened there was snow in Amman for our return. We were dumped at the airport, instead of spending the night in an Amman hotel as Amman was not accessible. I spent the evening talking to people and to the tourist assistance at Amman airport and found out that it was possible to get to Madaba a few km south of the airport to spend the night. We did that, so did not have to spend a night at the airport. The tour is great as long as things go right, do not expect any service like you may by a North American or in that case a tour company in most parts of the world who will try to accommodate things like this and take any problems with weather and difficulties with arranging your accommodation as a cost of doing business and try to still keep you comfortable. If a stranger to the land like me, could figure out how to get an alternative arrangement made, I am sure they could have, but I suppose, that was too much to expect from them.

The 3-Night Jordan tour is a unique and fantastic tour. You get to take in the top three sites of Jordan and a bit of Amman. With tourism being one of Jordan's biggest incomes it can be difficult not to be pushed around, stand your ground and if you don't want to buy something just tell people that otherwise they being selling to you all day!!! Hotel's were ok, the one in Petra is beautifully looking but none of them were anything too great. If I had never been to Jordan, I'd do it again in without question.

All our pictures are sans tourists!!! The food throughout the journey was very Jordanian and wonderful. We found wonderful places for lunch as well. Airport pick up and drop off was stress free!!

The trip was well organised, the driver very polite and was always on time. We were disappointed with the hotel in Amman, the Corp. this hotel didn't measure up to the superior standard hotel we booked. The Viator website mentioned as Regency Hotel or similar. The Regency Hotel was just across the road, and the Corp Hotel was certainly not similar. The dinner on the first day was also pretty basic. Other than this, the rest of the trip went well and we enjoyed it overall.

Good opportunity to see many aspects of Jordan, though starting at Aqaba and including Jerash would make this even better, with less travel and additional sight to see.

The only negative on this tour were the so-called 5-star hotels (which weren't). To be fair when we complained the tour company did switch us to another hotel (The Executive Hotel) which was fine but this hotel did not have the total facilities of a 5-star as it did not serve any alcoholic beverages, etc. The only true 5-star hotels are hotels such as Hyatt, etc. The only Movenpick hotel to go to in Petra is the Movenpick Spa Hotel which is opposite the site. We stayed there and it was lovely. Other than that it went wonderfully well and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Our driver, Shabi, was very conscientious and looked after us well.
