the driver was very nice and helpfull we are very thankfull with him_br/_ the only thing was that the van was not for 7 adults with 7 bags and a foldable wheelchair._br/_ We could manege with the orientation of the very nice driver and part of the group took the free shuttle.

There were 5 adults that needed to go from the airport to our hotel. The gentleman was waiting for us inside the airport and escorted us to his vehicle inside the private garage. He was extremely friendly and loaded our luggage as well as answering our questions. As we traveled to the downtown hotel, he pointed our many points of interest and again answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also a safe driver._br/_ Super Job !

Ron was waiting for us as indicated and quickly whisked us off to a beautiful roomy sedan at the most immediate area of the parking garage reserved for executive club parking. Very pleasant fellow with some good tips for our first time in Amsterdam.

This was really a stress reliever since we were getting off an 8 hour flight and are not familiar with the Dutch transportation system. We died have some anxious moments initially because we had no idea where, in the airport the designated meeting place the red and white cube might be. It would be helpful if the accompanying instructions indicated the cube is near the entrance to the airport. Our driver was helpful and very professional.

This was a terrible experience. The driver was 15 minutes late to the airport, requiring a call to the local office. _br/_ When he showed up, he was upset that we had reported him for being late. He extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time. He walked so fast through the airport to the car that we had to run at time to keep up with him all while we were dragging our luggage. His driving was out of control, with the tires squealing because he was going too fast whenever he took a corner. He blasted rap music the entire time, so loud that we couldn't hear each other. It was especially inappropriate given that we were with 2 children and every other word was the n-word or a swear. We should have just taken a taxi instead of an overpriced, unprofessional, dangerous ride from the airport...

The driver was efficient, but finding him initially was difficult. We saw other drivers with signs while he was off behind a sign. He made no attempt to help us with our carry on bags. After a seven in a half hour flight we were expecting a little more care.

Our flight was late and we were not met. A driver from another tour company kindly called Lindbergh and in the end , since her passenger did not show up, she drove us to the hotel. There was a free airport shuttle from our hotel which our friends took and they got there before we did.

Apparently the driver was never assigned to pick us up. We waited almost an hour at the airport and finally had a driver to arrive. This occurred only after three phone calls to the local agency. We were very tired after coming off an international flight and found this experience to be unacceptable.

I would have given this transfer 5 stars if the driver had been at the airport when we landed. Again, we had to approach an airport worker and have them call the driver after our arrival. We had reported to the pick up area, but no one was there.

Horrible experience. Flight arrived on time, took about 35 minutes to get through customs. When we arrived at meeting point no driver was present. Called the local contact was informed Viator changed carriers and he was not contracted to pickup us up. After several dropped calls he put us in contact with the local tour office. It took several minutes of searching therir data base to finally find us on the list. At this point we were provided the mobile number of the driver. It took a few attempts to get through to find out there was no car available and we should take a taxi. Ultimately we paid for ground transportation that never arrived plus had an additional taxi fare. Not the way to start the holiday.

After a very long flight, we didn't want to worry about getting a taxi or taking the train to the hotel. Once we went through customs, our driver was right there holding a sign with our name on it. We walked to the car nice and clean car and he drove us to the hotel. It was a wonderful way to arrive in Amsterdam and not have to deal with stresses of getting to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this!

The pickup was perfect. The gentlemen was waiting for us as soon as we came through customs. He was pleasant, well dressed and very informative. While it was more expensive than getting a cab directly from the airport, the convenience and confidence in knowing that someone was waiting for us was worth the addtional cost. The car was clean and well air conditioned.

Our driver ignored us for the most part but it was so nice to have someone waiting for us when we arrived. The last time we went to Amsterdam, we took the train or tram not sure what they're called to Central Station and that was a confusing nightmare. It was worth the extra money to use this service!

Our driver was miffed that we were late, but eventually realized that is was our luggage coming out late that did that and not us dawdling. We understood that he had a tight schedule, but also explained that we could not control the airline's baggage rate. The first thing he did was look at his watch and I thought, uh oh, this is going to be bad., but by the end of the ride, he had calmed down and was very friendly.
