This is a private transfer so the price is the same for groups of:

4 to 8 people
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Amsterdam city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. We did not get a text or email from our driver and it was difficult to locate him. We did not have a prearranged meeting spot. He displayed our name only his cell phone not a larger, easier to see sign.

Only having a quick overnight stop in Amsterdam, we did not get to play the tourist as we would have enjoyed doing. However, we were lucky enough to have the same driver who picked us up at the airport. He was most informative as we traveled to the airport, pointing out areas of interest. Since we had some plenty of time he drove us through some of the local areas. We were able to enjoy the scenery of Amsterdam and feel as though we'd like to return for a longer stay. Thanks for giving us such a great driver!!

This was such a great transfer. We were departing very early from our hotel and didn't want to worry about getting a taxi. Our driver was waiting for us and the drive to the airport was easy. We got there with plenty of time and never had to stress about it. I would definitely recommend this!

I have neither the time nor interest to go into all of the horrific problems we ran into with both the trips from and back to the airport. Let is suffice to say that anyone using Viator for anything deserves the pain and aggravation they encounter if they have read this review and still used Viator for anything!

Our driver was late in picking us up. We had confirmed 2 days prior with an agreed upon time. Then, we drove on a street where a delivery truck was blocking our way, and the driver did not want to go an alternate route because he could not back up, even though no cars were coming. Finally, with my insistence, and help from us, he backed up not very far and went an alternate way. When we got to the freeway there had been an accident which delayed up further. I was a nervous wreck, and we barely made the check in time, at the airport.

Our driver was rude and discourteous ! We were a party of 6 with one oersin handicapped. He never offered to assist us with our bags and walked 30-49 ft I front if us through the airport. It took us more than 20 minutes to get to the car. He never spoke to us. It was horrible !

It was so nice to get off such a long flight and be able to relax knowing everything was taken care of. Our driver was very nice and spoke great English. As he drove us to our hotel, he pointed out sights and told us about Amsterdam. He also went over all of the common broken laws by tourists... It was helpful information!

We stayed on the high floors of an apartment and there was difficulty in expecting the driver thus there was a delay in the pick-up and I had to call the dispatcher to confirm if the driver has arrived. The problem with this is that the dispatcher didn't provide the mobile of the driver.

Definitely worth the money! Driver was early and was extremely professional and courteous. We made it to the airport in plenty of time for our early morning flight. I highly recommend utilization of the private transfer but be sure to validate your flight times with the vendor as soon as possible.

We wanted the driver to pick us up at 5:30 a.m. to go to the airport. It was a 400 passenger plane and they started boarding at 8:30 a.m. He would not pick us up until 6:15 a.m. We were not very happy. Made it to the airport with no time for breakfast or to breathe. Amsterdam is a huge airport.
