Step aboard your sightseeing cruise boat near Amsterdam Central Station, and then help yourself to a drink from the bar. Take a seat at your table – either out on deck or inside the lower saloon – and gaze out at the sights of Amsterdam as your waiting staff serves your first course. Unlike many other Amsterdam dinner cruises, all food is prepared and cooked on board – ensuring that your meal is of the freshest quality! Savor a full four courses as you cruise, passing the sights of Amsterdam.
The route taken is dependent on water levels on the day, but typical attractions that may be seen include the Anne Frank House, Hermitage Museum, Amstel River and Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge). Listen out for details about famous sights from the onboard waiting staff, and hear fun facts and trivia about the city.
After 2.5 hours cruising around the canals, return to the start point and hop back onto dry land. For a sample menu, please refer to the section below. Please submit your menu choice (meat, fish or vegetarian) in the Special Requests field at time of booking! Customers will automatically get the meat menu if no choice has been made.
Only good thing about this cruise was the food. This was supposed to be a romantic sunset cruise but they literally seat you beside someone like so close that your shoulders are touching. Find one that at least gives you a private table so you can have a nice conversation with your partner. Not another couple as well. Deff not worth the . Spend a few extra bucks and do it right!

I booked this tour on 29 April to take place on 14 May. In the special requirements I stated Ken requires a gluten free diet. When we boarded the canal boat the chef knew nothing about this. She adapted the menu as best she could with the ingredients that she had on board but the result was not entirely satisfactory. What is the point of stating special requirements if they on not passed on to the operator? Do I get a reimbursement for my evening being ruined?

Definitely, worth every penny! We went to Europe on our vacation and this was one of the highlights! The meal was delicious- everything from beginning to the dessert. We engaged in an enjoyable conversation with a woman who sat next to us. The boat was well maintained and comfortable. The views were gorgeous! Thought that the food would just be okay. We were amazed at how great it was and that includes every course._br/_ We loved this cruise and have recommended it to several people._br/_ The narratordriver spoke very clearly, and in our opinion, gave just the right amount of descriptions._br/_ Only thing that needs improvement is the directions to the boat. We put the directions in our iPhone and _br/_ It was not even close to where we needed to get on the boat, and the name on the trailer office did not match anything on our paperwork._br/_ SobI would suggest calling to get very specific directions.

These women were amazing. We had a female captain, a female chef, and two female waitresses. This was the whole crew. They steered us through the canals with one of the waitresses changing hats and being the tour guide. The meal was delicious with choices of fish, meat, or vegan that you pick a head of time. Chef threw in a bonus soup course which was wonderful. We never wanted for anything with water and wine glasses never empty. Even in the rain the tour was romantic and elegant.

We went on this a few years ago and forgot to review. Its a very touristy event however we did see Amsterdam by night and met some people over dinner. Food was ok but nothing special however it is on a boat so its not going to be 5 star food.

I had pre-booked the canal cruise before our two night visit to Amsterdam as a surprise for my partner. The surprise didn't last long due to me receiving a call from the company while sat in the departure lounge waiting for our flight to Amsterdam. The cruise organiser asked if I would mind if they changed the booking to the following night. Due to my partner sitting beside me and didn't want her to hear I tried to be discreet and accommodatingly accepted the change with the polite request of being given the 'best table in the house', to which he replied all the tables are the best tables in the house. I asked for confirmation of the booking to be emailed to me and was told this would be done. On reaching our hotel I immediately checked to see if the email had arrived, it hadn't! The concierge kindly rang the cruise company and hey presto an email arrived pronto. I admit I was still thinking we would get a little preferential treatment when we arrived to board however this didn't happen and although there were tables for two people we didn't get one and was seated with another couple who later told us they were hoping for a romantic dinner for two. I can only assume there was little or no communication between the cruise organisers and the crew. The crew by the way were very pleasant and presented us with a fair meal and thus I feel a little unfair by giving it a two star, this wasn't the crews fault!!

I am a foodie who goes to countries where I want the food....eg... almost all of them!! This cruise is for real, as advertised....cooked right on the ship with my favorite, Prosecco, flowing like water...and my rare meat... The sights were enchanting even in rain.. We were so impressed with the dinner on this cruise. The quality was fabulous definitely 5 star. The wine was flowing freely and a great scenery in the evening. Just know that if you want a window seat you should arrive about 15-20 minutes early to get in line as seating is first come first serve and there are half of seating on windows and other half are beside the window seats interior, and tables for 2 are more like tables for 4 with a very small gap between the two tables. Worked out fine for us, as we had a great fun couple beside us that we struck up conversation with and ended up out for drinks after the cruise, but if your very private, know the tables are close together.

It was a great evening spent cruising the canal. The crew and servers were very attentive. I wouldn't call the food the very very best but it was well worth the money. It was an un-hurried phase between courses so we had time to enjoy the scenery and the meal as well. We sat next to a young couple from Ireland and enjoyed their company. We highly recommend this trip.

We attempted to celebrate our friend's 60th birthday on the cruise. Unfortunately, the confirmation and website was not specific as to which cruise location we needed to depart from, as there are several dinner cruises departing in the area near the train station. We stopped by two other dinner cruise locations and only found the correct location by luck. As for the support phone number - it went to voicemail, even though I called the number 45 minutes before the schedule cruise to ask them for directions. We pre-arranged a bottle of champagne for our birthday celebration but at 54 US dollars, this was definitely not worth it. Food was mediocre. Service was not impressive. One of the waiter spilled the hot soup and had to tend to her burns so service was delayed and not the quality expected. Although we opted for the meat option, there was no information that the meat would be veal and one of our guests could not eat the entree. There is no ability to make an alternative selection on the cruise. It was nice that they announced our friend's birthday, but that was all. No other special amenities. For the cost, we could have dined at a local restaurant and had a much better meal and still had money left over to do an evening cruise without dinner. Very disappointing from booking to the actual event.

The cruise and dinner were amazing! We would definitely recommend this. If you plan on it to be an intimate romantic tour, you _br/_ may be disappointed as the tables are for two, but two tables are set side by side. The food was great and served at a perfect _br/_ pace. Our table for some reason seemed to get overlooked quite often. All the other tables received excellent service, but _br/_ along those same lines, I personally would have liked more wine, especially as each course was served. Again, it seemed to be _br/_ just our table. And as far as I could see, wine was the only alcohol choice. Our biggest disappointment was that there was not _br/_ more commentary on what we were passing, but in a way, it made it more enjoyable, just be aware of this if you are expecting a _br/_ guided tour.
