Cruise was comfortable enough but commentary was lackluster and missed many points that the books say are must see. 1 hour was sufficient for this one. I would recommend that a canal cruise is a must see.

This was a very pleasant cruise. I got to see and learn much more about the city than I would have otherwise. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a different perspective on the city - especially if you have limited time as I did.

We actually missed the canal tour time that we had booked but had no trouble changing for another time and day. Very interesting to see parts of Amsterdam from the water of the canals and not the hustle and bustle of the city streets.

We had a great canal trip. Our captain was so knowledgeable, my husband, myself and a friend basically got a personal commentary as we sat near the front and the balance of people were listening to headsets. it was a great cruise and a good way to see some of the sights.

Excellent tour if you want to see the Dutch Countryside. Saw lots of windmills, tasted cheese and rode a boat. The town Volendam is so peaceful and quiet, I can live there. Our tour guide Edgar was friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. Highly recommend this tour.

It's a great one. the view is so nice and convenient where you can see the overall Amsterdam city through this cruise. we have also been permitted to be on cruise although i booked the wrong date! many thanks for the hospitality.

Water is the way to see Amsterdam and this tour is pretty informative - that said once I got there it looked like there were other boat options that are a lot more fun.

Great tour, includes headphones in your own language. The Boat goes to another area of Amsterdam not covered so much in the walking or bike tour, so i would include this as well. Very romantic, good fun.

Definitely a must for Amsterdam and a lovely way to see the city on a sunny afternoon. Boat was not too crowded and comfortable. Only downside was the length of time queuing (45 mins) despite pre booking and paying for tickets was frustrating. Only one person was issuing tickets despite long queues.

The tour was very good. But there were people jumping the queue to board the cruise. Despite several people complaining about it to the ticket checkers, they have not done anything about it. Because of this lot of people were disappointed even before they set foot in the cruise.
