The experience was great! Heineken, wine and soft drinks were available upon request. We had very attentive servers and tour guide. However, I wish I knew that it was a pizza and burger cruise...the burger left a lot to be desired lays potatos chips and plain frozen pattie burger with ketchup while the pizzas smelled and looked really good.

This tour was good. I would improve the quality of the burgers and allow less people on the boat. It was very crowded and difficult to hear the captain's commentary.

This tour was a great way to see Amsterdam by boat through the canals. The cruise was smooth, the food was good and our Captain was great. He pointed out interesting facts and buildings along the canals look out for the narrowest house and was funny also. Our server on the cruise was very helpful and attentive, he always made sure we had enough to drink. The burgers were huge and we had some chocolate brownies for dessert- we left with a full stomach! And, they gave us complimentary Heineken bottle and can openers as a small gift. We just wish it wasn't raining since we were trying to take pictures of the canals and you could see the rain drops in our photos. Overall, it was a great and relaxing experience.

This was OK, but nothing special. The only thing that was really good about this was that they kept refilling my wine glass. Burger was OK but nothing to write home about. Some people had pizza on the cruise and said that it really was not very good. Scenery was nice during the cruise, but don't go on this cruise for the food. You will be disappointed.

I booked this for myself, husband and son, to give us a flavour of Amsterdam while having a chance to sit down, have an informal supper without having to search out a place to dine, and hopefully have a live tour guide to tell us interesting things. The tour did all of these things for us, most enjoyable. Our tour guide was very good. Teenage son said the burger was good, and he knows a thing or two. It would have been nice to have chips rather than crisps, but I can see the logistical difficulties with that.

This is the third similar canal cruise I've done in Amsterdam, obviously we enjoy it every time. This is also the third different company. The burgers are surprisingly good I was expecting school cafeteria burgers and the complimentary beer and wine was served generously. My partner had 6 during the 90 minute cruise, for reference on the generosity. A complimentary bottle opener keychain was a fun touch. _br/_ The first food and beer cruise we did had a good amount of tour-style commentary. Not a ton is needed, but I did like that one pointing out more of the major sites around the city. This most recent tour started off well in the harbor but trailed off inside the city. Totally recommend this, on the first night or two of your visit!

We enjoyed the cruise. I appreciated that it was both a burger and a pizza cruise because I was able to be served wine instead of beer with my burger. The boat was smooth. We had a young person narrating the sights, and he did a nice job. Our servers were great. Our boat captain was awesome and when some younger people on our boat were being obnoxious, he straightened them up. Thank you!

We took this tour the night we arrived in Amsterdam and it was a perfect choice for two tired and hungry travelers who wanted to use the time in the city to learn more. The tour route was enjoyable, the guide was well informed and the captain was amazing in navigating some really really tight spaces. It gave us a good overview for adventures in the days ahead. The burger was good and there were a choice of drinks. Convenient location near the train station.

Was very impressed by this trip. We had a traveler with a gluten allergy and they were most accommodating making sure her burger came with a gluten-free bun and even provided a special dessert. The pilot and servers were very entertaining and the trip was relaxing and informative. The cruise was a great overview to Amsterdam and gave us a peek at the interiors of some spectacular homes at night.

Disappointing trip as the boat didn't actually go through Amsterdam. The sightseeing was minimal and we had to return to the same point to pick up pizzas for the people who booked that food trip, so did the same voyage twice. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend. This is the first booking with viator I haven't been happy with.
