Beautiful City but tour was so popular so the long line,standing under the sun waiting for my turn to ride was not very pleasant and the cramp bus filled to capacity. The couple seated was with a barking dog next to me.

This HOHO was just meh... I felt as if there was very little explanation of the sites around the city and for the price, it was a pretty small tour. I discovered more of Amsterdam by walking around than I did by riding this bus tour.

The tour itself was very good. Would have been helpful to have the actual ADDRESS for the office. Also the office looked as though there was several companies at the same office all of which had long lines causing confusion and delays in getting the tickets

I missed the tour because it wasnt so easy to find the pick up point. That wasnt necessarily the fault of hop on hop off because A competing tour operator told me I was at the wrong location and even gave me the wrong colour of boat. I only had a short window of time and consequently couldnt catch the boat when I finally realized what the fellow had done. Ive taken hop on hop off elsewhere and was very satisfied so I imagine this would have been great if it had worked out. In the end there are just some awful people out there and you can run into them anywhere.

I live in the Netherlands myself but took a trip to Amsterdam with m my 18 year old son because he had never to our main capital. The hop on hop off tour was ideal to see all the famous places . We reached all the musea and other attractions in al simple way. While riding on the tourbus we learned al lot of Amsterdam and enjoyed the city.

We did the Boat trip first, all the way round back to the start and it was fab and helped us get our bearings. The bus was very busy and we had to wait quite a while to get on, again helps you get your bearings but in hindsight we probably didn't need to do both as they both take a similar route. Easy to book and good price. Thank you

I did not realize that 2 out of 3 routes were via boats on the canal!! Did 2 out 0f 3 as they tended to overlap. It was cool and cloudy for a couple of days so the covered boats with easy viewing was appreciated. All in all well worth it.

We did the Hop on Hop off tour on the first full day of our trip which meant we had a better idea of the places we wanted to see in more detail. The stop for the windmill had a lovely street market just around the corner and we found a cheese shop with a very helpful owner who let us try lots of different cheeses. Really enjoyed our days in Amstrdam.

Finding an independent travel agency in a city like Amsterdam is rediculously HARD. Last time I used Viator in Paris, I went to ne main location to redeem all my vouchers. NOT so anymore. I had to find and get to a local agency on the other side of town from where we were staying. No other agency would help me. From there I had 1/2 hour to get to the Van Goeth museum at the other end of town. No directions. Couldn't talk to the Uber guy. No English except where r you. Was told to get on the 5 train. The train engineer just barked OTHER SIDE when I asked if he went to the museum. Took my life in my hands crossing the tracks, bus lanes, cars and bicyclists to be passed by by 2 other 5 s going in the opposite direction. Finally on, I was late for the Museum tour. THank God our tour guide has an extra1/2 hour built into her schedule or all six of us would have missed that too. And that cost over 800 for all of us. Never again will I use your company

We enjoyed the ground tour, but we had taken the pizza canal tour the day before. I did not realize that both tours would show us essentially the same things. I think there were other tour options under this tour company, but we did not realize it at the time. However, it was really great to see Amsterdam by land and sea per say.

Our Hop On Hop Off experience was very good in Amsterdam. The one thing I would recommend is have the stops better marked with signs for when you are not on the bus or boat. I noticed this more with the bus than by boat.

Standard HOHO, the added canal cruise is nice. I wouldn't have wasted time on the bus when the canal is a different option from most cities. I only wish these companies would implement actual guides on the tours. This is a recorded guide and is not very interesting and would often be off track with where we were located. The 'service' aspect though of getting off and on at different relevant locations is good in this city. We didn't encounter any delays.
