Amsterdam Saloon Boat Sightseeing Cruise
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Treat yourself to the unique ‘Dutch Authentic Boat’ and admire the canals on a luxury saloon boat. The beautifully restored historic boat WM1 from Amsterdam is electrically powered, equipped with all modern comforts and has a canopy in case of bad weather. This 75-minute stylish cruise includes unlimited fresh coffee, soft drinks, (draught) beer and wine with some light snacks. The skipper will tell you everything about Amsterdam in English. You will be amazed by the grandeur of the mansions and the many other sights along the canals and experience how exclusive a canal cruise in Amsterdam can be.
Choose your desired departure time when you book, and travel independently to the dock near Amsterdam Central Station for boarding. At peak times, the lines for Amsterdam cruises can be long, but your skip-the-line ticket lets you bypass queues for your saloon boat and board right away.
Step aboard and settle into the luxury saloon boat. With passengers limited to 30, there’s an intimate atmosphere and plenty of space. Admire the beautifully restored historic boat and relax as you take your seat.
Enjoy the views of the passing sights as the boat cruises around Amsterdam’s UNESCO World Heritage canals. Drift by the Anne Frank House, Golden Bend and other top Amsterdam attractions. The city boasts postcard-pretty scenes at every turn: so be ready to snap photos of the high-gabled townhouses, picturesque churches and quaint bridges.
As you sail, your captain will provide fascinating live commentary on the sights, as well as the lives of the locals. After just over an hour, arrive back at the dock, where your cruise concludes.
Great tour. Loved the small group experience on the beautiful older wooden boat.

Nice tour, but very bad experience with pre-booking through Viator. Next time I would better book on the spot.

At 18 people, the boat was crowded the boat is supposed to hold 25. The guide was a wonderful woman, but some of her information was wrong. I sat in the front and could hear her, but I don't know how people in the back could perhaps if you were looking for a nice cruise on the canals with a bit of bubbly, you could relax and sit in the back.

We loved the vessel. So untypical of all the other cruise boats. The captain was informative and fun and did an amazing job of navigating the very crowded canals during SAIL. Would certainly highly recommend over the other HOHO canal cruises.

Redeeming voucher was a nightmare. we were sent to 3 different places before one lady felt so bad for us she took care of getting us tickets and it wasn't even from this company! Never again will I purchase from Viator!

Brilliant bike tour. I hadn't ridden in a long time and found the pace comfortable with enough breaks to hear tour information. We had a lovely day for it and the countryside was beautiful - a great way to get out of the city and explore!
