This is an incredible way to spend a day in Amsterdam. The Gardens, although only open in the spring, are not to be missed. The Viator drivers and tour guides are reliable and friendly. We will book with Biator wherever we travel.

This garden was so beautiful that it's really beyond words, and even photos don't do it full justice. If you are planning a trip to Amsterdam, this is an absolute must see. We spent about three hours and could easily have spent more time there.

The tour consists in 2 parts. The morning was dedicated to a tour of Amsterdam by bus, with 2 stops, one to a classic wind mill, the second to a diamonds factory. It is very useful especially for the ones who are the first time in Amsterdam like I was because it gives you the opportunity to see where the attractions of the city are located and then you can go by yourself to visit. I liked the lady who was the guide because she gave a lot of information, combining it with funny things. After the break at noon, it came the trip to Keukenhof where, you had some hours to explore the gardens by yourself. And it was a delight for the eyes and for the soul.

The excursion guides were good, but we thought the tour was mis-advertised. It leads one to believe that you will actually visit the tulip farm, not just drive by, and that there will be a guide at the gardens. The guide is only on the drive and we were left to our own at the gardens with no guidance. Further, the description states that you will receive a complementary bulb plant, which we were told was a known error on the web page. I would have rated this higher if we had the friendly and local guide on a walking tour of this famous attraction as you wander past placid ponds, streams and winding paths lined with tulips, daffodils and bluebells. quote from web site. City tour was excellent 5 star however the afternoon trip did not include a visit to the bulb farm so no complimentary bulb! or a guide to the Keukenhof other than an explanation on the coach however I preferred the freedom to explore on my own.

Very good, met my expectations. A bit of confusion in the offices about what time we would go because there was a festival in Keukenhof. Would have been helpful to let us know in advance that there was a festival on same day. Thoroughly enjoyed it all the same - when we got there eventually. Traffic was at a standstill due to the festival so it took a very long time to get there.

It is said in the guidelines what to expect, and suppose there is a free flower bulb and a stop at flower farm for photos but there is none! Disappointed and it's a waste of time for almost 2 hours after the city tour and wait for the bus to Keukenhof. I will not recommend:

this was not at all what it promised, when I went to the office to collect the tickets they explained it was only a city trip from 9 till 11:30 dropped off at starting point and in an other bus at 14:45 to go to the keukenhof, the guide was poor the keukenhof excellent what made up for all the not received promised items for this trip, just book trip to the keukenhof well worth it the rest was not there city trip not interested at all

Amsterdam city tour was a quick 3 hour bus ride with guided tour and a couple of picture stop. The garden day trip was pretty much just providing you with the transportation and entrance ticket to the garden. The tulips were beautiful and awesome pictures were taken there. The price was reasonable for what it had offered.

the city tour Guide was excellent and tour was good. The major problem is this tour operation is not organised. They ask the customers to come half hour early just because they want to exchange the booking confirmation to another ticket. To get this ticket we have to stand in a very long line, on top of it there is no proper sign boards or no proper instructions in which line we have to stand. The company staff asked us to stand in one line we were standing after about 15 mints another staff says not this line you have to stand in another line. They will issue tickets for all types of tours they operate. It is full of confusion there. After which they asked us to wait outside the office and then they took us to another place may be 300 to 400 mts by walk where the buses will start the tour. It is highly inconvenient for the customers. I do not really understand even now these tour operators are not online, still want to exchange for manual tickets at their office. I wonder how Europe can be called as a developed country. Very disgusting. I request Viator to initiate some corrective actions so the customers in future will not suffer like us._br/_
The tour guide was excellent but the bus driver is of very discriminating attitude between Asians and Westerners. Keukenhof gardens is just a hype. The real innovation we have seen in a similar garden in Canberra, Australia with very innovative designs in flowers. Keukenhof was very disappointing because it was just a garden with flowers grown, anyone can grow in their own land. If anyone really wants to see flowers in full length like 2 to 3 kms at a stretch then you have to take private tour in Amsterdam. These are expensive tours because those lands are privately owned but worth seeing it. We did not know otherwise we could have taken the private tour itself.

Millions of Tulips all over the place take tons of pictures and have lots of fun. They also have restaurants and gift shop. You won't find any other place in the world like this Tulip garden.

Best time ever! Tulips made our first time trip to Amsterdam A. On the down side, we had paid for another tour from viator with tulip field farm tour, plus the garden but the tour did not bring us to the farm... And that was what we really wanted to see since we had already visited the garden.

Very well organised with a helpful guide. For the Kukenhof visit, the Viator coach merely acted as a taxi, dropping people off and picking them up so perhaps a local bus from Amsterdam would serve the same purpose. There were no queues so a ticket could have been purchased easily at the gate. The Amsterdam tour was very informative and took us to places we have never been before, although we have visited the city many times before. The guide was very informative, and again the tour was well organised and the meeting place was very central.

Loved the gardens - well worth a visit. Little disappointed in city tour as would have appreciated a little more time at the diamond factory to look through the store after the visit to the factory. As it was we had to leave immediately after the factory tour and had no time at all to look around the lovely store we passed through to get to the exit. Eleanor
