Redeem your voucher at the ticket kiosk in central Amsterdam, and then follow the directions provided to the start point of your first activity. You can choose to do both activities on the same day or on alternate days -- simply let the local operator know your preference when redeeming your voucher.
For your cruise by luxury glass-topped sightseeing boat, make your way to the canal stop near Amsterdam's Central Station. As you glide effortlessly through the city, you’ll see countless top Amsterdam attractions like the affluent Golden Bend (Gouden Bocht) neighborhood, the Anne Frank House and the Seven Bridges of Reguliersgracht. Pass the pretty gabled houses that Amsterdam is so well known for, and cruise underneath the Magere Brug, a beautiful bridge commonly known as the Skinny Bridge, while your audio guide will tell you interesting facts and stories.
The second part of your combination ticket is Amsterdam's Xtracold Icebar. Easily the coolest attraction in town, the bar is made completely from ice – with frozen furniture, walls and even glasses! You’ll be given special thermal clothing and gloves to wear before you step into the frosty bar with a temperature of 14 degrees Fahrenheit (negative 10 degrees Celsius)! Once inside, spend 30 minutes relaxing at leisure, enjoying either a Smirnoff cocktail or Heineken beer; or take part in a 3D ride experience over icebergs and along steep cliffs in a frozen landscape.
Really enjoyed ice bar was great fun and drinks were good! Gloves and coats smelt of chocolate/alcohol ( new coats needed with zips). Enjoyed the experience though!_br/_ Cruise was informative but not enough space too many people on one boat squashed in bottom per seat but not comfortable for an hour. I'm quite short and could not see over the glass sides couldn't see a lot of the time what the guide was talking about and there was not enough room to stand up to see. It also got very hot with the sun directly on my head and was sat in uncovered part of boat._br/_ This took the enjoyability away for me a bit really.

I LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS ICE BAR!!!! We went mid-afternoon and were lucky enough to pretty much have the whole place to ourselves. There were 3 of us, and maybe 4 other people that went in together.... the 4 others chose not to stay in the cold the entire time, we were there every second... taking tons of photos with the ice sculptures, etc.... The cocktails were tasty and refreshing. I really loved this tour. The Canal Cruise was great, too.

Drinks in the Icebar were not great. Poor quality within the icebar itself. Coats and gloves were not clean wet and smelled poorly. There was vomit within the icebar.

While booking on Viator you choose a certain day - what I did! When we wanted to collect the tickets a not very polite lady told us, that we can go the next day or the day after tomorrow to the Ice Bar. But it was our only whole day in Amsterdam, so we could not visit. bad experience!

It's an interesting experience that is unlike typical bars where the theme of the environment is freezing cold. Nice touches with the ice glasses, ice benches and ice sculptures. It's easy to understand why a 20-minute time period is the limit as staying any longer wouldn't be so comfortable.

Do not underestimate-this bar is really cold! They do provide you with gloves and another coat to put on. The employees there are super cheerful and fun! Totally recommend for a night out.

Canal cruise was great. Though it was winter, we enjoyed sitting on the outside, so we could take unobstructed photos. _br/_ The Icebar was a bit kitschy. Interesting experience, but probably wouldn’t go there again.

This was a fun tour. It is what you think it is, time in an ice bar. They provide warm jackets and gloves which make it more bearable. It was fun to do once and check it off the list. Would recommend. Also make sure you get there at your designated timeslot. We were late because we didn't realize how far away it was from the downtown area so we had to wait until there was another opening.

We went to the main bar earier. They set up a great atmosphere before you go into the -9 degrees bar at your allocated time. You're only in there fot a short while. Just enough time to take a few pics and down your favourite shots. Another drink or two in the bar finishes off a great experience. We added the canal cruise the following day which added to the overall great short stay. Plenty of phot ops or just a leisurely ride.

It was fun. The info said they would provide you with a hat, coat and gloves. The coats had a hood hat and no zippers. And gloves were knit. Honestly, your not in there very long because it's so cold but hey, we did it. Brochure also said it included 2 drinks. Yes it did, a little bigger than a shot glass. That was perfect. Overall, fun to say we were there.

it was good, no queue at the door we went about 4pm in the afternoon, got a free cocktail at the bar with my free 3 coins, used one for that then a 20 minute wait while others in the icebar. you are timed every 30 mins i think to go in, we queued then collected gloves and jacket on the way to the icebar, in there got 2 free drinks using my coins and took pics in the bar, we stayed about 15 mins as very cold.

for 19 you got the novelty of the ice bar and 3 drinks, the actual ice bar was quite small and novel at first but not something you'd do again at that price. The first drink was a cocktail or 'large' beer 0.35l and then inside the ice bar you got 2 shots of flavoured vodka or a small beer would guess at 0.25l at most so nowhere near worth 19 of drinks. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic.

This was fun. Not sure that the drinks were full strength as I am a bit of a lightweight and after a cocktail and two shots, can't say I really felt a lot of impact, but the novelty of the whole set up was pretty good. Would be great to do in a large group.

Definitely a unique experience! The cocktails are premixed, and you only get a shot glass full for one drink. I went in shorts and sandals. I would highly recommend closed-toe shoes and pants for anyone who plans to stay longer than 10 minutes in the Ice Bar.

If you're looking for an off-beat, fun bar that offers something a little different, the Icebar is alright. You're pretty much paying for your three drinks with this experience. You start off in a very small, regular bar, with an exact time you're allowed to enter the Icebar.

A really good time was had by all. Bas the guy who explained everything in the Icebar was amazing. He was really friendly and didn't mind posing for pictures. You get 3 free drinks for your money and they were lovely. We had a decent amount of time in there but had to go as we got cold..LOL

This was great fun! The staff was awesome and the price is very fair. You get a few drinks with this and yes....shots are options! The whole experience last about an hour or just a little more from the time you go in till the time you leave! We even bought the pictures they take for you as well. You can of course take your own. Big props to I think his name was Bas the pirate..and the young lady at the front door who greeted us Blanche. Def a great deal for the money and something fun and different to do.....brrrrr....def. cold!
