I loved this little bike trip. You get a gorgeous tour of the countryside and a nice narrative to go with it. Lunch is at a quaint and cute village. Definitely worth the time and money.

For the price this is fantastic value for money. We had a 19 year old kid guiding us, which was surprising, but he was professional and this is what matters most. The countryside he took us too was beautiful and lovely to bike in. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the country side bike ride, was easy, scenery very pleasant and guide was informative. Enjoyed lunch in small village._br/_ Need to ride single file as roads are narrow and cycling out of Amsterdam you need to keep your wits about you as it is so busy!

Thoroughly enjoyed this bike tour - great way to experience Dutch countryside and enjoy the most popular mode of transport in Amsterdam. Rian de Wit was our guide and was very helpful and friendly.

We loved our bike tour of the countryside. Our guide Dori was the best. We had fun but also learned a lot about the polders. Stunning landscape and lunch in a beautiful village. The tour worked for the whole family.

My husband and I had an amazing time on the countryside tour. LuLu was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would love to have her again. As someone who normally does not like tours, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour. Biking was easy with plenty of breaks.

This was an amazing Countryside bike tour. Our guide, Tamara, was exceptional in how she told tales of her city and explained how it came to be exist thanks to the many dams and dykes build in the Netherlands. The bike tour is not difficult as the terrain is very flat. The challenge is getting out and getting back in Amsterdam as the bike-traffic is of so fast paced and we as tourist on a yellow bike do slow things up a bit! We took the ferry to North Amsterdam and went through villages and stopped at a quaint little town for a bite and a tour. Definitely recommend this tour!! -- Thanks to Tamara!

Our tour guide (forget her name, a girl with blonde hair) was fantastic. She helped and cared everybody. The view of the biking route was really GREAT! Strongly recommend to you!

Had a really good time riding through the countryside. Saw some great scenery 'up close and personal'. The experience would have been improved if there were more stops to take photos of the amazing views, and if the information given by the guide was more comprehensive.

This bike trip was a real highlight of our week in Amsterdam, it's not too strenuous for anyone and was a great day in the countryside. Our guide was fantastic and provided some interesting facts about the areas as we took regular stops along the way. The windmill was very nice as was our lunch in a small village, I'd highly recommend this trip!

This was probably one of my favorite Amsterdam day trips. It was a nice ride. It isn't challenging as it is flat land. It felt really good to start the day with the bike ride that included a short ferry trip. There are lots of cows and sheep along the way. I particularly enjoyed riding along the homes that had the sail boats located near them. It is a view you don't normally see. The place we stopped to have lunch was a little café with a back yard full of tables and chairs. I would highly recommend the ham and egg. So glad I chose that over the hotdog. It was very good. So was the liverwurst. There is still plenty of time at the end of this trip to have drinks and snacks, walk through the part and take an open air boat tour.

It was great to explore this part of Amsterdam so close to Central Staion. The guide was nice the staff in the bike hire shop not so nice. If you are not into bike riding then this trip would be perfect for you as the pace was so slow, too slow for me. Such a shame as I would have liked to see more of the country side. The route we took was shortened because of the slow pace. The ride was still value for money. If you enjoy bike riding then go on your own to explore the Waterland and just catch a ferry from behind CS.

We loved the bike tour out to the countryside!!!! I have been to Amesterdam so many times for both business and pleasure before but never realized how close we were from the country side. We met up close to the central train station to pick up our bikes, then just right behind the train station is a path heading to the ferry terminal free 5 minute shuttle across the water right to the country side. It was amazing - like you are in a different world all together._br/_ I need to warn folks with little kids that you should not bring the kids on the tour expecting them to ride the whole 29 km. It is not a difficult ride very flat for most part, but it does take a while. The two kids on our tour ended up having to ride with the tour guide and the parent._br/_ Riding in the Dutch country side is super easy, the only challenging part is leaving and coming back into Amesterdam. If you don't already know, the bike riders in Amesterdam are very aggressive and a bit crazy, so do watch out for that._br/_ Otherwise, this tour is a must!!! how can you go visit the Netherland without riding a bike?

My wife and I enjoyed this relaxing bike tour. It was a nice break from the urban environment of Amsterdam. It was amazing to see how quickly you can get out of Amsterdam into the countryside - surrounded by cows and sheep within 15-20 minutes on a bike. The pace was relaxed. Our guide was pleasant.

Ava was great and this is a perfect way to get out and see the countryside. However it's not meant for experienced cyclists because it's a cruise. However it's not for those who aren't comfortable riding as you have to navigate the crazy streets of Amsterdam and the ferry first!

A nice ride to the countryside, but we were going a bit too slowly. Our guide was great, though, and we did enjoy the experience.

Wonderful way to see the outer villages and countryside of Amsterdam. It was my favorite tour even though it was pouring rain most of the time. Paulina, our guide, was pleasant, knowledgeable and full of energy. So glad we did it even in the rain!

If you are wondering whether it's worth it to see the countryside while in Amsterdam, and whether this is the way to see it, this was a rewarding and very doable experience. The scenery was rich, the guide was knowledgeable and the experience was fantastically immersive. Even if you're not a routine bicyclist like me, this is well within your capacity.

Such a great day! Our tour guide was delightful and very knowledgeable. The ride was so pleasant, and we very much enjoyed the scenery around us. The countryside and little villages were beautiful. Do yourself a favor and get out of the city for a few hours on this tour. This one is very worth your time!

Having been on the Munich Bike Tour, we had very high hopes for this tour. This was our second time to Amsterdam and wanted to take a tour that was a bit different._br/_ Anyway, the check-in process was similar to all the other tours I have taken. You walk up to the counter and you show them your voucher. The Viator voucher said that they accept e-vouchers, however the attendant at Yellow Bike Co. wanted the voucher to be emailed to them. Luckily I have internet on my phone that I was able to email them a copy. Other tourists were not so lucky and they had to find a hotspot to email the voucher._br/_ After a while the tour guide appeared and gave her typical introduction. She gave an overview of the tour however it was hard to understand her as her English was not as great as some of the other guides. Also, when it came time to show something on a map or picture she didn't show the group but to only those in near her. _br/_ We hopped on our bikes and began riding to the ferry to take us to the north side of Amsterdam. When we arrived to the other side and began riding, we had to stop due to a flat tire on one of the bikes. We pulled over to the side for the guide to change the tire. However, after about 45 minutes she was unable to change the tire. Other attendees attempted to help her but was unable to change the tire as the pump would not work. A new bike was requested. Luckily we were not far from the bike office that a replacement bike was able to sent to the station. The guide returned after another 30 minutes with a new bike. Since the tour was now delayed about to almost 2 hours, 2 other attendees decided to leave the tour. Overall the tour was fun. The guide was very nice but no as informative as we would like. Bikes were in bad shape compared to other tours. Bring cash for lunch. The restaurant does not accept cards._br/_ The ride in the countryside was beautiful and gives you a different view of Amsterdam. I stil recommend the tour, but hope you get a good bike and guide.

This was a very good way to explore the countryside of Amsterdam! Our tour guide Mark was friendly and gave us information at each stop. The countryside was lovely and picturesque, and the weather was lovely, allowing us to fully enjoy this tour. Just 1 suggestion I would have is for the guide to ensure at intervals that everyone is able to keep up with the pace of cycling, and slow down if necessary. This is because at the start, there were 2 who could not keep up, and 1 of the others on the tour had to cycle slowly with them until they caught up with us.

Very enjoyable trip through the countryside to the north of the city. Was initially nervous about whether I could cycle this distance but it was easily achievable with quite a few stops to recover. Would recommend the trip but you may get a sore btm!!

It was nice to be out on the other side of Amsterdam and be 'in the country'._br/_ Our guide was Tom and he was great. Did feel sorry for the 4 French non English speaking people but. However wouldn't you check that before booking the tour?

This was definitely one of the best days we had in Amsterdam! Cycling is an all time classic there, but I would recommend this trip for the fact that it gets you out of the hectic city and out in the fresh air for a different view of the area. Cycling through the city is rather stressful you still have to cycle through it to get out!, but once you hit the countryside it's just beautiful and so relaxing. The paths are all flat, so you don't need to be a pro. Our guide was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

This 4-hour tour took us outside of Amsterdam, north to the countryside it doesn't take long to get into the countryside from Amsterdam. It is not an intense, fast-paced bike ride, but more of a leisurely tour through the countryside, along canals, passing through small villages, with occasional stops along the way. Our tour guide provided lots of history of the area, and we also stopped for a small snack about halfway through the tour. A great way to spend a Saturday morning!

This was a nice bike tour. A fair amount of biking, but not extreme by any stretch. Our guide was professional and friendly. The Dutch countryside is charming. my teenage kids thought it was a little boring though.

This was a great tour! My husband and I really enjoyed it. It's very interesting to see other things in the area other than Amsterdam. It was an easy ride - most of it was flat. The only complaint I had was the lunch. The food was good. I ordered tomato soup and some toasties. I got the tomato soup right away but didn't get the toasties until about 5 minutes before it was time to leave. We kept reminding the waitress that I was missing part of my order but it took forever to get it. But the countryside is beautiful - especially the homes with the canals running in front of them. Those were in the small village where we ate lunch.

Wonderful tour that takes you out of bustling Amsterdam into the beautiful quiet countryside. Our guide Carolyn was very helpful and informative. This tour is paced very well with as many stops as you need along the way, you will cycle through the lovely Dutch countryside and through a number of very quaint villages with a lunch stop at a seaside village. I had not ridden a bike for many years but found it was not a problem with the four hours passing by very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

The only downside to this tour was the rain that hit half way through. If the company could invest in some better rain gear it would be helpful on days like this. It might be a good idea to warn people to bring their own. Luckily we were inside having lunch during the worst of the downpour. The guide knew the route and kept an eye on those who fell behind. An easy ride and worth the money. .

The cycling part was great, however where we stopped for something to eat was a bit of a let down. It seemed as if we were inconveniencing the "old Tavern", we were told we had to sit outside, even though there were places available inside. ??

Excellent tour. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The tour included parts of riding through the city on the way to the countryside. The countryside was beautiful! We rode by old windmills, farms and through small villages. We also stopped at great little restaurant for lunch.
