We chose the diamond menu and it was a bit too much for one person, but it lets you taste more for a lesser amount compared to the cafe's regular prices. The smaller portions of chicken wings - oh what a taste! - and the dessert was just enough for me, couldn't eat more even if they served any bigger. We went during daytime, so no live music or long queues, but I'm sure it would be great to skip the lines and enjoy good music.

So, this was a memorable Christmas Day meal, but it didn't meet my expectations of outstanding food and atmosphere. Upon arrival we had to wait quite some time to get seated. There had been some clarity needed up until we were seated to try and understand the menu choice for this ticket, is wasn't easy to establish. Sadly the music was too loud to have a conversation with my partner.

The menu was good - there were enough choices of main course that all tastes were catered for. It was good value and enjoyed by all. The service was excellent as always. This is the fourth Hard Rock Café we have been to and my only 'less than positive' comment is that it was not as well laid out as others we have visited, and I felt that I didn't get to see as much of the memorabilia as I would have liked. We went to the Brussels one later the same week and were pleasantly surprised to find it was much easier to see what was on display.

No waiting in line which was great. Food was okay - nothing spectacular. We went a bit late - at 10:00 p.m. Restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. so our waiter directly told us from the start to hurry up which didi not offend us, we understand, but it certainly did not make us feel welcome either._br/_ The restaurant in itself is beautiful and the shop has a good variety of merchandise.

We went to the cafe on Friday. There were already a lot of people waiting there at 6pm and we have waited for an hour. As we need to visit Van Gogh Museum at that time, we came back to the cafe at around 9pm. Better to allow more spare time to wait for the tables or visit the cafe at non-peak hours.

All went up to our expectations.As soon as I presented the voucher we were presented to our table as I had requested overlooking the canal. The italian guy taking care of us was extremely cordial and he was pleased to know we come from his neighbouring country Malta. Food as usual at The Hard Rock Cafe is exceptional. This was a great start to our European adventure. The Viator voucher avoided the 3 hour wait (yes, 3 hours) and we were seated in 20 minutes. The food was fantastic and the portions HUGE which was a big surprise. Our waiter Paul was fun, cute, courteous and just made our experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this and I will do it in future cities as well. Took all the discussion out of where to dine the first night of our trip. Really a good deal.

Great value if you're after a meal at Hard Rock, definitely cheaper than just turning up and paying full menu price, and we also didn't have to wait for a table - the family behind us were told it would be a 45 minute wait but we got straight in. Also a reasonable choice on the menu and we got a free gift voucher for the shop for spending over 25 euros which was on our set menu so another bonus! Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a good value meal out. Service was fantastic too.

I did this only so I would know where I was having dinner on my first night in Amsterdam. I showed up when they were fairly busy but was told they would have a table shortly and that I could wait in the bar. I had barely received my drink when the table was ready. The staff knew all about the voucher and the service was very good even though the waiter was pretty sure he wasn't going to get tipped as everything was pre-paid. I say this because he was surprised when I did. Table was nice, overlooking the canal and the food was what I would expect from a Hard Rock anywhere. I would do this again.
