Maybe not the best time for us to visit as was a cold and a rainy day._br/_ They do have indoors pavilions where they have so many amazing displays, so you can stay dry, away of the rain and take your time exploring ._br/_ Would be really worth it to visit maybe at the end of April , beginning of May._br/_ We had a good time , enjoying the beautiful gardens despite the rain._br/_ I think it worth checking the weather before you book the tickets so you can enjoy the beauty of the place.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. It was simply beautiful and cannot be missed! However, if I could change one thing it would be to allow an hour more to really meander on your own. There simply was not enough time to enjoy such a beautiful place!

Return time to Amsterdam was expected to be 14:30 however that time was actually the planned departure time from the Gardens. The estimated return time to Amsterdam at the final drop-off location should be included in the tour description.

Keukenhof is a wonder , but I suggest that one has to visit Amsterdam in April not May to see the flower fields in full bloom as the fields were green without flowers .

The Keukenhof Gardens were very nice. However, my wife and I were not impressed with the tour. Was advertised as a guided tour as opposed to viewing on our own which you offered as another option. Our guide basically walked us to the middle of the Gardens and dumped us. There was no guided tour!

Keukonhoff gardens are not to be missed if you're in Amsterdam or the vicinity. The guided tour in the gardens was very short, but helpful to know what we should be seeing.

The driver did not drop me where I was picked up. Since I am new in the area I had to walk around foe an hour trying to locate the original meeting point. . Hope this will be rectified next time. The brochure does not even state return time to pick up area.

wonderful _br/_ comfortable coach_br/_ well organised_br/_ very helpful staff_br/_ the point of pickup gave us a bit of anxiety because the museum is on the corner so did not which street side we need to wait, I think if they would have mentioned the name of the street would have been helpful,_br/_ were not aware that they would drop near Cenraal Station rather than the hotel itself but ultimately it came as a boon in disguise because we walked from Victoria hotel to Marriott and could see all the important points on our way and the usual hustle and bustle of tourists was an experiance in itself

The tour itself was great but unfortunately, most of the tulips had not bloomed yet during the time of our visit. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about Amsterdam and the surrounding cities, and were very professional and accommodating. The only challenge for us was finding where the exact pickup location was. We had the call the tour guide since the Stedelijk Museum has multiple entrances. We noticed other tourists had a hard time finding it too. Providing the street name and a description of the vehicle would've been helpful.

Big negative. We were picked up outside the museum. None of the paperwork ever explained we would not be dropped off at the point we were picked up. It should be written on our confirmation where the drop off point was. It was also not clear where exactly was pick up point at museum. At bus park on the side or front. Apart from that the gardens was an amazing experience

We had the nicest and most informative guide. However the tour was not as described, as there was no guided flower fields visit. We stopped by the side of the road, and ran to the field to get one quick picture. I understand that this was due to the size of the bus, but I feel that the tour should not have been presented this way, as it was blatantly untrue. My stars are only for the beauty of the gardens and how nice our guide was. I personally think this is a bit of false advertising from Viator, as it was really a nice bus trip, entry to the gardens, a quick walk to the pavillions and then you were free to explore the gardens. Then return to bus and drive home with a 2 minute stop to take a picture at the flower fields.

We had a small group but still an enthusiastic guide Monik and a great driver. Finding the bus was a little tricky but it was right where the description said it would be. The gardens themselves were quite lovely and I imagine will be very colorful once the season gets going. We even squeezed in an extra sight or two since traffic was light on our trip.

The guide and driver were excellent. However the instructions for the pickup were confusing. There was no place for the bus to park so it ended up a block or more from the designated meeting place. Since passengers were late at the first stop all the passengers at later stops were concerned.

What a beautiful place. If you visit during the 8 weeks it's open in early spring you'll be amazed at the color and variety of flowers. This tour was both informative and fun. Both our bus driver Rene and tour guide/host Carla were welcoming and personable along with providing great information about their country and Keukenhof Gardens. They were timely in both departure and arrival times. Couldn't have asked for a better tour experience.

Keukenhof Gardens tour was great. Our guide stayed with us until we got oriented, then we were on our own for almost 2 hours. It was rainy, but it was still a fine tour of this beautiful garden. The price was reasonable and our guide got our tickets for us....no standing in line.

First off, the gardens were amazing!_br/_ My issues lie with Viator. We booked this tour for Tuesday. On Monday evening, my husband and I decided to stake out our meeting place to ensure we knew where we were going. Up bright and early Wednesday morning and we arrive at the West Church as our information directed us. I asked the guard at the Ann Frank House which side of the building was the front, just to make sure. Our meeting time, comes and goes and we see no guide or anyone waiting for a tour. as 930am comes along, we never see a guide as it stated, so we feel like we either missed it or were at the wrong place how could that be, we followed the instructions given. Being in a foreign country, we go back to our hotel to see if the concierge can help us. We called the local agency listed and they re-booked us for Wednesday._br/_ We arrived at the new destination across the street from the West Church, on the side of church, in front of a cupcake shop and a ticketing center. The bus and guide arrive and we board. We start traveling and the guide gets a call that another couple was in the wrong location and we immediately turn around and go pick them up we nerve were given that option. We are now about 30 minutes later than planned exit. There were a few other couples who were in the wrong place, people who got on the wrong bus, it was all just very unorganized. Sad._br/_ As I said, the Keukenhof Gardens were amazing, stunning and everything I expected._br/_ Not sure I will ever book a travel adventure through Viator again.

This tour was well worth doing. Our guide was wonderful. There wer only English and German speakers on the tour so there was more information given than on other tours with sometimes information given in 5 languages. We think that on multi language tours that ear phones be used for the historical information and commments that are always made while the guide provides more specific information._br/_ Keukenhoff is a wonderful huge garden and the display on May3 2015 was spectacular.
