Lots of good information on the bus trip as well as the walking tour. Great history talks. Should have informed people that the bus did in fact have a bathroom if needed. William was a great driver and Pieter was a wonderful guide. Would suggest this tour to anyone.

Excellent tour! Very informative, no time was wasted, good driver, nice guide, bus in good shape and clean. Well worth the money. Take this tour if you want to explore other cities (not just Amsterdam) during your trip. The time in Brussels was long enough and the drive was comfortable.

The tour leader was friendly and knowledgeable (although he could have slowed his pace a bit-- It's hard to walk on the cobblestones). The tour delivered all that was promised and I feel that I got my money's worth. I'd definitely use Viator again.

Great Day trip to Brussels, really enjoyed myself. the tour was supposed to be in English only._br/_
But was also translated into Spanish. I would have preferred an English only tour, since that is what I booked. The Spanish translation seem to last 3 times the English commentary and made it drag on and on.. Next time I book a tour and is say English only, I hope it is just that.

A great tour for a quick insight into Belgium. We traveled by road and had a very good guide who kept us in great spirits throughout the journey. The historical insights into Brussels and the Mannekin Pis tour (with the chocolates too) was great.

This was a very ordinary tour, and was neither value for money or a good use of time in Amsterdam. The tour left late, due to waiting for late passengers._br/_
Most of the day was spent in the coach, due to the distance from Amsterdam to Brussels. Our guide did not introduce himself, and offered no personalised service. He insisted on announcing every event in multiple languages, which was really constant noise pollution._br/_
The coach was full, and as such the group was too large for one guide to do a walking tour of Brussels. We did not hear anything._br/_
In short, do yourself a favour and avoid this tour. There is so much to see and do in Amsterdam, and it would be better use of 11 hours plus to spent this time exploring Amsterdam, not sitting in a coach.

Absolutely most rude tour guide I ever experienced.Aside from rude, also on an English tour where the guide preferred to speak Spanish/Portugese and made conversation with those guests and could speak excellent English. Poor location to start tours. Why purchase a ticket and then have to stand in a line to exchange the ticket for another ticket??

The driver was punctual, courteous and very informative. The staff was very efficient. Brussels is a beautiful city for history, architecture and shopping. Belgian chocolate is fantastic and lives up to its reputation. 6hrs there is too short, maybe 8-10 hours.

This is worth the time via bus. We had an amazing tour guide speaking in English and in Spanish. Brussels is a beautiful city full of International history and should not be missed. We appreciated all the information offered by the tour guide._br/_

More a tour of New Brussels, as the capital of the European Union, rather then the old Brussels. You spend most of the bus tour portion seeing these sights. Guide was good, spoke quite a few languages, that is great but you needed to listen to her give the same speech in every language on board. _br/_
Your dropped off in the center of Brussels to explore on your own for a few hours. This is enough time to have lunch and buy some chocolates. This is the best part of the tour. _br/_
The traffic in Brussels is very bad, so the bus is very slow going. This isn't a fault of the tour of course, but next time I would take the train down and have more time to look around and less time waiting in traffic.

We really enjoyed our bus trip to Brussels, we were able to spend few hours in Brussels on our own which was very nice, guide was very curtious and well informed about sight seeing places we needed to see. We will recommend to other people .

The entire family really enjoyed this tour. It was about a 3 hour bus ride to Brussels and the multi lingual guide filled the time by sharing information about the Netherlands and Belgium making the time fly by. About 1.5 hours into the trip they make a stop at a service plaza that has a convenience store, some small cafeteria type restaurants and bathrooms. After that you travel for another hour and arrive for a picture stop at the Atomium and then do a short bus tour through the city. After the bus tour the guide takes you down to the main square and you then have a few hours to roam the city on your own. There will be a number of chocolate shops, waffle restaurants and places to shop at to keep you busy for quite some time. We enjoyed the time in Brussels so much we are planning to return so we can spend more time exploring this wonderful city.

This tour was fun but not very educational. We saw where the King lives and were taken to the main square/old town center, which is majestic and has many chocolate shops and beer places. I recommend it just for this reason.
