due to time of arrival not able to see much and guide was unable to offer suggestions what to do apart from suggesting breakfast. we had to come up with our own idea where to go and see. Thids was never advised at time of booking and no refund/reduction as yet forthcoming

The best way to go! We were picked up at the airport and taken, in a private car, to our hotel. No taxis, no hotel shuttles, no worries! Our driver took us into a neighboring village to watch the tulip parade. He was great - very helpful and friendly! Would recommend this as a great first view of the city, and as great transportation from the airport.

Our plane was delayed 30 minutes or so. We were told to meet the tour guide near the large cube which was easy to find, however, the tour guide wasn't. He was at the backend of the cube, sitting down with the sign on his lap. It shouldn't be my job to find him especially after a 13 hour flight.
