The Heineken experience was great and a must to visit! However queue tends to be very long and the ticket collection booth is very far from the brewery. The cruise was not that fantastic and tends to be very boring after a while.

Wow. What a good time. It was great that we didn't have to do canal cruise at a set time, it was flexible. _br/_ Heineken experience was Soo much fun. All the folks that worked there were friendly and helpful, especially Brit._br/_ Would for sure recommend to everyone!!!!

Great tour. Made it easy to get into the Heineken building which was a lot of fun. The boat ride was right across the street from the Heineken Experience so it was convenient. The boat ride was great. We loved it and got to see Amsterdam in a relaxing atmosphere.

This was a lovely, relaxing tour around the canals of the amazing place that is Amsterdam. The audio commentary was good with free earphones included in the price. Skipping the line felt rude, perhaps there should be a queue for this. We got a few rude looks skipping the line!!

When we first got there they couldn't figure out our voucher we printed off. We got bobbed around a bit but they finally got it worked out after about 20 minutes. My husband enjoyed the Heinken experience and the free beer that came along with it. He wasn't so much into the interactive part with the games but to each their own.

This was a great package. The people at the ticket office were very friendly and very helpful. At the ticket office, they let us pick the time we wanted for the canal cruise and the Heineken experience. The tickets to the Heineken experience were great as we did not have to wait in the long line to get tickets, and were able to just walk right in. The canal cruise was very fun. Very relaxing. Able to listen to the tour in different languages and learned a lot about the city. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The canal cruise is so so. Very disorganized at the Blue Boat Company. Listened to an audio guide throughout the canal cruise that was just so overly cheesy and corny. _br/_ The Heineken Experience was great! 3 beers included and you end up on a rooftop terrace! It was like a club!

The prices were good for the Heineken tour and the canal cruise. It was easy to exchange the voucher for the tickets. The canal cruise spot is right outside the brewery, so it was also very convenient.

The Heineken Experience was very enjoyable but the instructions for locating the correct Canal Cruise were confusing and we never did manage to find the right one. This is my first criticism of a Viator Tour in all of the years we have enjoyed them.

The Heinekin experience was great but the canal cruise wasn't so good, it was on an enclosed boat and the info supplied through the headphones was dull, there are lots of boats that are fully open or option to inside and out, also there was no opportunity to buy a drink which would have been nice, again several of the other boats do. Overall though this trip was value for money.

Loved the Heinekin experience and it was very useful to have the canal cruise right outside of the door to the Heinekin experience. Best not to do the cruise on a hot day or hot part of a day as it got pretty toasty under the glass.

Really enjoyed the canal cruise. Lots of great information and beautiful sights. The Heineken tour was also good. I especially liked the 2 beers at the end!! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it seemed unorganized with most visitors unsure where lines began.

Totally not worth it. When we got there, we had to wait in a long line to get our voucher converted to a ticket. Wish we could have skipped that line! We got there around 30 mins early for the tour we wanted, but had to wait 25 minutes and the boat had already filled up. The canal cruise was boring and slow. The most entertaining part was listening to the audio guide in different languages. There was no beer either, which maybe would have made it bearable.

My favorite tour. I don't even drink beer, but my son-in-law is a Heineken fan. He wanted me to take the tour so I could buy him a t-shirt. Heineken doesn't have an online store so he was unable to get a t-shirt. I bought him several and even drank 2 beers!

The Amsterdam canal cruise is a wonderful way to learn about the history of Amsterdam and also to get familiar with the city. The Heineken experience was a lot of fun, very inter-active! The Heineken Beer samples were an added bonus!!

If I could put no star I absolutely would. This was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! We had to argue with the company simply for them to let us on the boat!!! They were not friendly and we did not even get to go throughout the heineken factory. I was SO SO SO SO SO disappointed, it was a terrible way to end an amazing time in Amsterdam. I would not suggest this tour to anyone. The directions that are given are not direct and are confusing to those who don't know where they are in Amsterdam. Overall there was nothing good about this tour except for the location the boat brought us to in the end. Not to mention how awkward it was that there was only 2 other people on this boat. And the fact that I didn't receive and included drinks. I wish I would have saved my money!!

The canal cruise was nice, going through the various areas of the Amsterdam canals. Our only issue was that we were the only other travellers on the cruise with a class of school kids... We were not told this and given the choice would have waited for another boat. Heineken experience was good as well.

THIS IS A GOOD PACKAGE. THE CANAL CRUISE DOCK AND THE HEINEKEN EXPERIENCE ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF EACH OTHER. THE CANAL CRUISE IS NARRATED AND VERY INFORMATIVE AND OF COURSE THE SCENES ARE GREAT. THE HEINEKEN EXPERIENCE IS A MUST-DO. I VISITED ON A SUNDAY AND WAS ABLE TO AVOID LONG LINES SINCE i HAD MY TICKET. THE TOUR WAS GREAT AND INCLUDED TWO GLASSES OF GREAT BEER. THE GIFT SHOP CONTAINED A LARGE NUMBER OF ITEMS REASONABLY PRICED.

The canal cruise was really nice although we had to get a tram to find the location of the cruise. The Heineken Experience was so busy we didn't have time to wait in the queue, the fast pass was a waste of time as that queue was as big as the other one.

Got both tickets for canal cruise and Heineken Experience at the boat company. They offered different time slots for the canal cruise. The Heineken Experience ticket is valid for 12 months, so we did not rush ourselves, and went to Heineken in the next day. The canal cruise is very relaxing. They cruised us around the city. Out of our expectation that the Heineken Experience is so fun. There are a lot of interactive things in the Heineken tour. Worth to go. The bracelet they gave us at the entry includes 2 drinks, Don't waste it.

The Heineken Experience was fantastic! We booked online so no waiting, the tour was fun and the guides looked after us very well. We enjoyed the free beers and our karaoke video. The tasting session was not so tasty but I suppose that is up to individual tastes. The canal cruise boat is located directly opposite the HE, so was easy to find, the trip was smooth and interesting. I would revisit on a return trip.
