Small-Group Zaan River Cruise Including 3-Course Dinner from Amsterdam

Enjoy a 3-course dinner combined with a river cruise on the de Zaan river with sights of traditional wind mills at Zaanse Schans. Be picked up from and brought back to the center of Amsterdam. During the boat ride your local skipper and guide will tell you all about the rich history of the Zaan area and will stop at the best restaurants for tasty food and drinks on the way.

Starting from opposite of Amsterdam central station, you will be picked up and driven to the Zaan river in Zaandam. Starting with a glass of bubbles before embarking on an open boat, this boat will sail along river Zaan through the locks. Enjoy a cup of soup as a starter at your first stop.

Next, your skipper and guide will sail with you to world-famous Zaanse Schans. With sights of the majestic windmills you will enjoy a small bite as well presented by your skipper. While enjoying the views and the stories your skipper will bring you to another restaurant, where you will enjoy a delicious main course. While you enjoy more views from the river you will be sailing back to Zaandam where a tasty dessert awaits you.

After 4 hours of tasty food, drinks and cruising along the Zaan river, you will be brought back to Amsterdam.

This cruise was more than we expected. The hospitality was exceptional._br/_ The tour guide was unbelievably knowledgeable about the route that we were on and his general knowledge about Holland._br/_ The food at the restaurant that we visited was superb, big portions of the highest standard and lovely service._br/_ Enjoy your Amsterdam Canal Trips but seriously go for this trip as is completly different and you will see the old working windmils and life outside the big city._br/_ Also the tour guide arranged for us a transport back to the airport which he didn't have to do.

The best tour we have done. Wasn't at all what we expected, really nice guy as driver and very informative. Going along the Zandaam River and eating at stunning restaurants, as well as the hospitality on the boat. Will definitely go again and have already suggested this to friends going soon.
