This is the only way to travel. The driver picks you up at the airport, holding a sign with your name on it and drops you at your hotel, beats the shuttles hands down. Worth the extra money.

I was a first time traveller to LA ...so there was a degree of uncertainity as I came thru' LA immigration / customs..._br/_ However walking thru' the door ...easily saw the driver .... Excellent reception , good trip ...would always recommend the service to others

The person never showed up. When I called the number on the voucher, I was told that my confirmation number didn't exist, and that I was supposed to go from the terminal I was in all the way to the international terminal to maybe find someone who could help. I ended up just renting a car for the week. Waste of money!

I wouldn't do it a gain the driver made us feel very uncomfortable. We asked for a tip at the end even though it's included in the price . When we given him the tip you said it wasn't enough we didn't have much money because we just got there.Very cheeky I thought. I wouldn't recommend it

Driver made us feel very uncomfortable when he saw the luggage and I had to explain again that viator informed me that you can carry 4suitcases and left me in very angry state of mind.

I have arranged a private Sedan car to make my transfer smooth and easy from LAX to Orange County. There was no driver waiting for me at the arrivals. I had to find a phone to call their offices (my mobile did not work at the airport). They misplaced my booking. Despite I was charged for the full amount for a private car service, I was booked for a shared shuttle. I had to go out of the airport, find super shuttle, and ask them to arrange me a private van to reach to my hotel. That took half an hour to find, then I had to wait another half an hour for them to arrange a private van for me (as they had no car available) . it was a horrible experience. I don't recommend them to anyone. Very poor service. They waisted so much of my time at the airport.

Great ride, lovely car, friendly driver - but beware, we were asked for a $20 tip when we got to our hotel!! That part did not impress me as I was not expecting it as the voucher said it was included in the purchase price so beware!!
