The walk goes up direction Acropolis, passing through narrow streets and past ancient temples, where the sun has put a golden glow over the white marble, to some of the best viewpoint from where you have a magnificent view over Athens, the port of Piraeus, the coastline and the historic island of Salamina. Included in the tour is a glass of wine at a very romantic spot.
Renee was a great tour guide and we had a lovely walk around Athens ending with dinner at a local tavern and Renee made sure our vegan daughter was well catered for. :

Our host Marleen walked us around the Plaka area and gave us tons of information about the region and its people. Even after getting caught in a rainstorm, she walked back to our apt so we could change before supper. The supper itself was delicious homecooked Greek food. Very highly recommended!

We had so much fun seeing places we normally would not have. Our 2 guides took us all around little nooks and crannies of the city. I would recommend the dinner option also as that was excellent!

It was a super hot evening and our guide knocked himself out to take us to areas we had never explored in Athens. He spent 3 hours rather than 2. He made sure we had water from the beginning and gave us insights into Greek culture!

I arrived at this tour a little late due to a delay on my departure flight, I called the tour guide who was waiting for us on Monastraki Sq. she was very kind and informative. She really made us feel welcome and showed us the hidden places in Athens which we wanted to see. Guys this tour is a must!
