The driver was good, but didn't say a word. It Is not as long a ride as stated. Next time I would take a taxi that has a cheaper standard fare, unless it was at night.

I'm so glad we bought this transfer. It can be a scary thing arriving in a foreign country and foreign language, not to mention arriving after countless and tiresome hours spent in an airport and on airplanes. It was so worth it. Since our plane arrived in Athens a bit earlier than scheduled, our driver didn't appear for about twenty minutes after we entered the arrival hall. Once on the scene, though, he was polite and helpful in taking charge of our party's luggage and escorting us to his nearby nearly new Mercedes van. He masterfully carved through the congestion of central Athens and got us to our hotel in reasonable time. It was great not having to wait in a long line for a taxi but would have been a bit better if the service's dispatcher had kept a better our eye on arrival time.

It is good to know that this service is available after such a long flight. We have used them before and had great service in a very clean and comfortable vehicle. However, this time our flight arrived a little early and our driver was not waiting for us. We had to wait about 15 mins for him.

We highly recommend the transfer service through Viator. Our transfer trip to the hotel and our transfer to the airport for that matter was wonderful. After landing and obtaining our baggage, we headed toward the exit where our driver was waiting for us in clear view with my name on a sign. Our driver was prompt, professional, chock full of helpful information and suggestions about what we could experience/see while in Greece. He even alerted us to the fact that the next day was their Independence Day and certain attractions would be closed in observance, plus streets would be closed in the city center for a wonderful morning parade. That was very helpful for us and allowed us to rearrange plans we had for the next day. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our driver handled our bags to and from the vehicle. We felt safe and were taken care of. We tipped him for his excellent service. We will definitely use Viator transfer services in the future.

Great way to arrive. Price not very different from a cab or cabs in general, most cabs in Athens are licensed to take only 4 passengers, if you are with a big family. We were in five, 2 adults and 3 kids and it made the arrival stress-free and seamless. Worth the money !
