Meet up in the city center where your electric bike gets setup for you. Then you will be ready to take off for the tour! First stop is the ancient theater, Odeon Herodio Attikon, just below the Acropolis. Next on the route is Filopappou Hill, which gives an amazing view of the Acropolis and over the roofs of Athens. Later, pass the Temple of Olympian Zeus and head towards the Panathinaiko Stadium (where the first Olympic Games were held in 1896). Now it is time to go uphill to reach the top of Lykabettos Hill, which is with 277 meter the highest point of the center of Athens. Once again you will enjoy the breathtaking view over Athens. Descending on the other side of Lykabbetos, cross Kolonaki one of the best shopping areas of Athens to reach the Syntagma square with the new parliament and its traditional guards (Tsoliades) From here you are heading to, passing through the National Garden with the Zappio Megaro, the first building that was build exclusively for the Olympic Games. Continue your trip into the area called Plaka. This is the ancient market street just underneath the Acropolis hill. One of the stops will be the ancient Roman Marketplace with the Tower of the Winds. We got stuck in traffic and delayed for half an hour with our guides happily waiting for us. The bikes were German-made ebikes of high quality, hardly used, light-weight and with powerful thrust in particular uphill. Our guides asked us before the start on places we had already seen or would like to see to tailor the tour better. We stopped at numerous archeological or more modern sites of interest and had the chance to get in-depth explanations from our knowledgable guide. The tour finished on time and was great in giving us an overview of sights much more comprehensive than on foot and much more impressive than enclosed in a bus or the like.

perfect way to see athens. since we had been there a few times before, we wanted to do something a little different. we saw it all and lucked out because we were the only two on the tour! our guide took us to all of the major sights and hidden gems. he gave us time to explore as we wanted.
