We didn't stop at any of the other places along the route except for the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum since that's where we spent most of our time. This was so amazing, definitely work seeing both places.

When we arrived at the bus from the cruise boat we went through the process of the voucherstickets and were not given any instructions on how to use the bus. We only found out we had to change at a terminal from anoher passenger so I got off the bus and asked the person in charge and was only then, that I got a full explanation and map of how to use the service, not very good. I dread where we would have ended up

Just share a cab to the Acropolis with someone off the ship. It took forever to get back and not much to see on the route!

We use the HOHO quite a bit to get to and from Athens from Piraeus. The stops were great, and covered many of the sights in both Athens and Piraeus. The commentary could have been a little more comprehensive - my husband and I are history buffs, but overall it was a great tour.

What was supposed to be 150 min drive turned into 5 hr ride due to traffic jams on a hot day with many detours due to an attack within the city._br/_ Instructions weren't clear on what buses to take at acropolis as well._br/_ Wasn't clear where you got on or off the bus. _br/_ Ear phones were clear with description while touring _br/_ Wouldn't probably do this again

The hop on/off bus was Perfect for our time in port off our cruise ship snd very convenient to find. We were able to get a broad view of the city as we road around completely at first, then able to easily get on and off for the highlights we wanted to see. It's really perfect if your time is limited or to see a wide range of the city.

This tour began very late and they did not seem to have enough buses on the road. Many times there was a wait of more than 45 minutes to board a bus which is not acceptable. Commentary was recorded so there was no real personal touches or antidotes to make it entertaining. Staff were very abrupt.

We have been on a number of Hop On Hop Off bus tours and this one didn't disappoint. It was particularly helpful that the Piraeus route stopped directly at the cruise ship terminal. A wonderful day in Athens. Wish we had had more time.

I booked this package, which gave you access to all lines, thinking it passed every 15-30 min but beware the Glyfada beach line passes every hour. I missed my bus by seconds and had to end up taking a taxi to the cruise port. Another thing I wasn't crazy about was on the Athens line, the drivers would barely slow down which made it a bit difficult to get off the bus. Other than that it does give you the ability to see a large city within hours for a reasonable price.

We went in July and it was very hot and crowded. The traffic was horrendous and it took forever to get from one stop to another. Needless to say, the only stop we hopped off at was the Acropolis. Would have been less expensive and cooler to take my family of 4 via an air conditioned taxi to see these ancient ruins.

Loved this bus tour . Great way to see Athens. Make sure to go to the lake which is on the route. Bus runs frequently and staff is great. It looked like it would rain and all persons on bus were promptly given ponchos to wear which was a nice and unexpected touch.

We always enjoy Hop On/Hop Off bus tours and this one was no different. Driver does amazing job navigating traffic and tight streets. Lots of company staff on hand to help at stops. Only sad thing for us was not being able to ride the whole route due to time constraints, but we enjoyed all we did get to see!

Buses provide an easy means of viewing the city, but Athens was not as interesting to visit as many other cities in Europe - was a bit scruffy with loads of graffiti.

The hop on Hop off bus was very useful for getting us to the city highlights, including the Acropolis. The only slow down was the heavy traffic. But the bus was ready when we were ready to go on to the next stop. We use Hop on Hop off in most places where it is available - a good buy.

Booking the hop on hop off tour bus, was the highlight of my trip. I met a staff member named Charos working at the syntagma/Plaka bus stop who saved my trip in Greece. I had ran into some complications with the people I was traveling, and I had no place to stay. This young man namd Charos helped me find a hotel using the Free WiFi on the bus and helped me get to the hotel I found while riding the air conditioned, Athens hop on hop off tour bus.
