Unfortunately I was in Athens on their Independence Day so all of the monuments and museums were closed. Other than that, it was quite enjoyable. The locals are very nice.

Driver was waiting for us. It was a little hard to find the area where we were supposed to meet, but that is more of an airport issue and the airport staff did not seem to know where we needed to go.

I had a solo taxi and the driver was amazing! He told me many interested things about Greece And specifics about Athens like things to do I would not have known about. He was early to get me too which I liked. This was a good idea to book because it is a far ride and a street taxi would have cost a lot more.

I had to wait over an hour and a half for another group of people to arrive to join the carpool and to top it off I was the last to be dropped off. It wasn't the worst, but they can definitely coordinate the timing of everything better. In the time I waited, they could have dropped me off to my hotel and been back to the airport to get the other group. I don't enjoy sitting in airport doing nothing.

My mother had to wait 2.5 hours to get on a shuttle. After being told it's on it's way 3 times, they called a taxi for her and two other passengers. WORST EXPERIENCE ON VIATOR and I have booked several successful tours in Rome. I will not book a shuttle again through their services.

I met at the meeting point and a driver showed up about 5 minutes after I got there. There was only 2 other people in the van with me for the shared ride, which was fine. I'd book this transfer again when in Athens.

My pick up was 30 minutes earlier than I was told thank goodness I was there. I was picked up by a taxi, as I was obviously the only person to book this shared transfer. The driver was a bit unsure about where to take me, as I wasn't staying at a hotel but at private accommodation. It's not really necessary to use this service if you have clear directions to your accommodation - you can take the metro.
