What a better way to enjoy a perfect traditional Greek meal away from tourist traps?
After picked up from the Hotel we will head towards South Athens in an area called P. Faliro famous for all kinds of restaurants from Asian to Arabic and Armenian cuisine. But our destination will be Mr Aristos for this night. The smells of barbecue will “heat” your nose when you enter. In an amazing vintage environment back from the 50's, you will have the chance to taste souvlaki or kebab the original way plus all Arabic and Greek recipes you can imagine.
Enjoy delicious appetizer as well as tzatziki, humous, feta cheese, Greek salad and choose between kebab, souvlaki or steak. To accompany your meal, you may choose between 1 beer and half litre of delicious wine per person. You will have only one problem while leaving the area – during your stay in Greece will be impossible to find a tavern like that again so take away is a must as well!
well worth the money, we had a great night and the food was fab, maybe a wee bit too much, but it was great food.

THE FOOD WAS ORDINARY AND COULD BE BETTER AVAILABLE IN OTHER RESTAURANTS AND NOT LIKE THE DISCRPTION _br/_ IT WAS TWO COURSES NOT THREE DINNER MEAL COURSE._br/_ NOTHING IMPRESSIVE AS RESTAURANT AS MENTIONED_br/_ THE ONLY AMERICAN COUPLES WHO SHARED US THIS TOUR HAD THE SAME IMPRESSION AND WE ALL REGRETD MUUCH FOR CHOOSING THIS TOUR.

The food and company were 5 star. We were however disappointed to discover that a traditional Greek dinner did not include dancing and breaking plates so a bit boring for those of us that wanted more than a culinary experience!

The guide and driver were excellent. This was a far better experience than my wife and I were expecting given that it was indicated to be a new offering. We were shown some very nice sites that we were not aware were part of the experience and did I say the guide and driver were lovely people? I highly recommend this.
