This was basically a taxi. It was nice to have the driver waiting with our names. After traveling for 23 hours and arriving in a strange city it was worth a little extra money not to have to hassle with finding transportation. A shuttle may be cheaper but taking the milk run to your hotel after a long flight isnt worth it to me. This was a nice efficient service.

Driver was there to meet us upon our arrival. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a description of points of interest. Vehicle was a little cramped for 4 adults with luggage for an extended trip.

The only problem is that our driver was sent to the Sky City Hotel instead of the Sky City Grand Hotel! Fortunately, they are almost right across the street so after waiting for 20 minutes I walked to the other hotel and the van was dutifully waiting in front. He circled the block and picked us up ---- we were later than expected arriving at the airport but it was not a problem....Van was perfect for 3 of us because we had so much luggage.

Uneventful. The driver was very courteous. He even took our bags to our room! Our room was not accessible via lift and was on the third floor!
