Very good tour the only thing is that other passengers received different information as to where to meet the bus. We were told to go to the Sky tower bus terminal and others were already on the bus when it arrived. They told us they were picked up from the ship. Apart from that the tour was very good.

My sister and I had a great time on our city tour of Auckland. Our cruise ship did not get us to our hotel in time for our morning tour but they switched it to the afternoon. Our driver, Sandy, was so informative. She is of Marori descent and gave us a great perspective of the history of Auckland and New Zealand. I had read a review of this tour before I left home and it was with the actual tour guide that I had read about. How lucky for us!

Our guide knew all the trivia as well as the normal history of everything! He was funny! It was a great way to see the city - especially since we got to get out by the bridge and take amazing photos of the city. It was particularly fun driving up through Parnell. I highly recommend this tour.

Once we got to the tour see below, this was a nice introduction to Auckland. For first time visitors, you will enjoy this tour much more if you do some research into the history of Auckland beforehand. As a parallel ... if you did a comparable tour in Philadelphia and knew nothing about its history, Independence Hall would just be an attractive building. Knowing what happened there is what makes it worth seeing. Fortunately, our tour guide/bus driver was very well informed and made places come alive.

The trip was very enjoyable. We were driven around the sights of Auckland in a wonderful coach accompanied by an excellent guide. We had time to take photos, do some quick shopping and grab a bite to eat. The guide was very helpful and accommodating. He dropped people off at different places and helped with their luggage. Great way to capture the many sights of Auckland in a short period of time.

We booked this tour to give us a flavour of the city as we there for only a couple of days before travelling on. Our lovely, friendly, lady driver was Maori and gave us a great insight into her cultural background and history along with a lively and very interesting commentary on the sights we visited. She also dispensed hints and tips for food to try, places to eat and areas to explore more. We followed up quite a few over the next two days and she was never wrong. Although we were scheduled to be dropped back at our hotel, she kindly dropped us off at the Skytower instead. This delivered exactly what we wanted and was a great start to our New Zealand trip.

The tour was poorly designed. We went on a drive which showed little of a city that probably has much to offer but instead we went down pointless places across a bridge then back again without any reason to cross it in the first place to be dumped in the middle of a refinery on the water front which had little to offer re sights. Places such as parks , universities, govt. buildings were not offered. We spent 35 minutes in a neighhood shopping center so the driver could get lunch and following this we went to an acquarium where he escorted a passenger to a tour while the rest of the passengers had to wait in the bus for 18 minutes! A total waste of time. Very poor

Very disappointed in the city highlights tour. We had a driver who was very rude. On our tour it was drizzling and was hard to see out the window . A gentleman asked the driver if he could put the air conditioner on so it would take away the fog , and his reply was well stop breathing. He would abuse other drivers , as the traffic was quite bad. We heard about insignificant pieces of information, eg. container at the wharf with a load of cars on it, or would pass a University and heard about his son going there.Being our first trip to Auckland I would not recommend this tour.

Our tour was very thorough and saw all the main highlights of the city. Driver was super nice. However we were encouraged to go in another day since driver was sick. I think this was only because we were the only ones booked on the tour - she did not seem sick to us during our excursion.

Great way to see the highlights of the city if one does not want to deal with hop on - hop off type of sightseeing. Very informative, never seemed to be rushed. Heavy afternoon traffic prevented us from an in-front-of-the-hotel drop off but a leisurely walk felt actually good after sitting on the bus for a few hours.

The only way to see the City if you have limited time. A comfortable coach and informative guide. The only downside comes later in the day if you take an afternoon tour as we did in that the City jams up with traffic and our tour was cut a little short, so maybe book for the morning if you can.

Would not do trip on a Friday afternoon, too much traffic for the areas visited. The tour goes to all the top spots and best views of the city. Stopped twice for 10 minutes or so to stretch legs and take photos. Basic information from a personal point of view. Good way to see a lot in a short time.

This is a good trip in order to tour Auckland. But I think it's better if we could have book a tour with longer hours because 3 hours is not enough to roam around Auckland. The tour driver is always in a hurry. We were picked up in the hotel late 21 minutes.

This was an lovely tour. Arriving by cruise ship it was difficult to get to the bus terminal as I was not sure of the streets and we had come in at the second terminal. Is there any chance that for future bookings we could be picked up from the bus stop near the terminal? I am actually coming back in January and looking at booking another tour with your company.
