Very easy to find the mini bus and driver. We were lucky that there were only two other passengers and therefore the wait was minimal. _br/_ The other passengers were travelling to their home which enabled us to see some of the residential areas and to see Mission Bay as we were going to our hotel. The driver provided information about the residential area including house prices which was very interesting.

Simple, reliable, fast service... was just a bit difficult to find the meeting point. One must go outside (no interior counter), find the parked/queued vans, and get in line without signage or personnel assisting (slight guessing game).

1-1/2 hours at 10pm to the airport - didnt make excuses for traffic - but, driver seemed to know every back road. the return to the airport at traffic hour was only 30 minutes

Highly recommend. We had considered taking the airport bus but it meant a bit of walking once we arrived in Auckland in order for us to reach our hotel. After a long flight, the transfer was the best choice. The driver was waiting for us and gave us a very warm welcome to NZ with drop off. to the front door of our hotel until the airport bus.

I arrived late at night and there were a few other passengers on the van. Unfortunately one of them seemed to be hunting for a residential address in an area where the house numbers do not appear to be easily visible from the road. As a result we spent about 30 minutes trying to find this address. Perhaps people who want transfer to a residential address should be made to book in advance so that the driver can check out where they're going beforehand.

After a lengthy trip, it was a little confusing finding the spot to meet the van. I was looking for a manned check-in, but the individual drivers take anyone waiting. all you have to do is queue up. The van was clean and the driver was friendly and helpful. He organized the drop-offs to ensure that those going to hotels in the city were delivered in an orderly fashion - no double-backing that I have experienced in other cities. My arrival coincided with rush hour and the driver took back streets to avoid backups. This made our trip much shorter. After long flights, we totally appreciated the extra effort.

My husband and I arrived as scheduled at Auckland airport. After getting our luggage, we had trouble finding our shared ride shuttle. After asking several people, we arrived at the location, but the driver said we were not on his shuttle. We again showed our voucher to airport agents and they said to go back to same location. We did, showed our voucher, and again were told we were not on their shuttle. After about 45 minutes of arguing with 2 different drivers, while others were allowed on the shuttle, we were finally allowed to board and be taken to our hotel. I don't know where the error occurred, but we did contact Viator and they refunded our money.

This was for an airport transfer. The fellow drivers that met us very courteous and worked together to get our luggage stowed away. Driving around dropping others off gave us a chance to see some of the city are realize we would be doing lots if hill climbing. Will use your service again.

Very ordinary lunch, but large selection and extraordinary views. We were not rushed and were seated early, as the restaurant was not crowded at 1230 on a summer's day.
