There is so much to see in Provence but this tour steps back a little and goes at a slower pace. Visit the hilltop village of Gordes with its limestone buildings and weekly market on Tuesdays. Stop at Senanque Abbey surrounded by lavender fields.
Visit from mid-June to mid-August to see the violet flowers in full bloom, and admire the beautiful countryside the rest of the year. Head to Roussillon, take a stroll along the ochre path and visit the weekly market on Thursdays. In Provence, we will also enjoy tasty and local products; try honey and wine during the tour. Finish your day surrounded by the ochre cliffs and the relaxed feel of a visit to Provence, before heading back to Avignon where your tour will end.
