Amazing! The price was so good for being able to do anything we wanted for the day. The van was huge. Very comfortable and relaxing for four people. We knew of some places we wanted to go to but the driver also gave suggestions too, which was much appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the places we went too. We ended up not using him for the whole time because we were exhausted but still felt like this was the best deal we got for a driver.

The tour itself was great. We got to see some great spots in Bali. We visited Tahna Lot, Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, Temple on the lake, Mount Batur, markets, silver and batik factories and much more. The driver was lovely but hardly spoke any English and only spoke when we asked a question and then couldn't understand half the time so had no answer. A commentary of where we were, points of interest we drove past etc. would have made the day much more enjoyable.

Good tour to various parts of Bali including temples, Kuta and a great lunch place. Guide was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Traffic was frustrating but our guide did his best to deal with it. I recommend this guide.

We had a great tour. We had given our driver a list of places we thought we wanted to see and asked him what he thought he could get us to in about 6 hours. He gave us a great tour and we saw more than others on the ships organized tour. Very happy with our choice.

This was an incredible day in Bali! My driver was outstanding...professional, knowledgeable, safe, kind...wonderful! I traveled solo and felt extremely safe the entire time. I was able to choose exactly what we did, and he took as many photos for me as I asked : Thing to keep in mind with driving in Bali...there aren't many main roads, so it takes quite some time to get around the island. I thought we could cover much more ground than we did, but it was not possible in just one day. If there are parts of Bali you want to see, and you want to customize it, this is the way to go! Excellent tour to take. You pick where you want to go with the help of your driver. I Wayan Agus Budayasa was an excellent driver/guide and would highly recommend him to any traveller. He was on time, polite and spoke english very well. In fact his personalty made the tour for us and his recommendations were superb. Wayan gets a 10 from me.

Enjoyed my full day tour of Bali. We centered on Ubud and the Kintamani region and saw many temples, etc. The driver/guide was very helpful though there was a slight language barrier.

Despite us being late getting off the cruise ship, the driver was ready and waiting. The vehicle was immaculate including WiFi when in the vehicle, the driver was exceptional with ensuring that we enjoyed all our visits the Balinese house, Temple and falls and much more. made the day a very pleasant experience which will remain as a very good memory.

Our driver was highly attentive and on time. He made recommendations during the trip to maximize our time. He was there for us up to the last minute. Driver also supplied for a child car seat as we were traveling with our 2 year old.

The private driver did not speak adequate English and so could not give us any information about the sites he was driving us to see. This lasted for the whole day. Also, the tour description listed the driver as paying for all parking and he made us pay for every stop we made. I would not recommend using this.

Everything went wrong with this booking. The driver showed up late to the Four Season hotel and had a sign with our name on it. We waived at him and he came up to us and said Hi and then used his finger to signal just a minute. Then he took off out of the lobby and we followed him. He started walking out of the resort we assumed to the gates and then when we started yelling at him where are you going he stopped and gave us the hand signals to wait there. We waited another 10 minutes or so and then he pulled up in a 8 passenger min-van for the 2 of us. We thought it was weird but we got in and he said where you go? . I then explained to him that we weren't sure we needed his advise as I had a list of temples I wanted to go to but was uncertain if we could see that many on one day due to traffic, time and logistics. He looked at me like I had to heads and then pulled out a brochure int he glove box and handed it to me. The brochures was numbered tours that his company Smailing Tours offered. I said I don't want a set tour, I have my list but I need you to look at it and tell me what makes the most sense. I handed him my list and he looked at it and handed it back. I said Do you speak English?' and he said little. He then called his boss on the phone and handed me his phone. I talked to the boss and the boss informed me that we had a driver for the day and he would take us anywhere we wanted to go. I asked him if he spoke English and he said not much but he understands it when you tell him where you want to go. I said really? I booked this with the information from Viator that the driver spoke English. I had my confirmation paperwork I printed from home with me and read it off to him. The boss said Mam you have a driver for the day tell hm where you want to go and I said I want what I paid for- a driver who speaks English. He said I have no other drivers available so deal with it. We got no driver and no refund. Bad business practices!

Was a good driver got me around all of bali in a day. However head office was hard to get ahold of as I wanted to change the time of my booking. They also cut my time short and the driver whilst could speak English was slightly hard to understand but better than my Indonesian.

Extremely polite driver, willing to make suggestions if you aren't sure where you want to go. Can be as fast or as slow as you like in 12 hours I saw a Barong dance, a temple, Ubud Monkey forest, Ubud markets had lunch, took in the rice terraces and a coffee plantation getting back in time for dinner and sunset on the beach at Jimbaran bay. I felt that this deal was extreme value for money and would use this service again

The driver was courteous and drives safely than other Balinese driver that we experienced. After every tourist spot we've finished we come back to the car ready with the air condition turned on so that we don't have to wait for the car to get cold and suck up the heat. When we finished one temple that we had to walk a lot of up and down stairs, the driver greeted us back with cold water and wet wipes.
