The car arrived in time, the ride was smooth._br/_ The driver even did not introduce himself and did not have a nice word to us. It was not a question either whether we would like to listen to the radio in the car._br/_ The only thing I did not understand who the one was sitting next to the driver? A his fellow, just been given him a lift? They were chatting all the way to the airport and enjoyed the radio program and their time together.

I was very dissappointed with the Hotel to Bali Airport transfer. Firstly the cost was 3 times the going rate, I could understand an uplift to cover your margin, but this was ridciulous. Secondly they arrived late by around 45 minutes, which then meant that we were tight to get to the airport. They told me that the reason why they were late was because of a ceremony, but our experience was that there were ceremonies very day, so it should have been factored in. They then had to drive hastily to get us to the airport and we then had no time to have lunch before the flight. Not happy. I arrived at the airport stressed and in need of another holiday. It would have been better for Viator to use a transfer company local to the hotel, rather than one that is located a one and half hour drive away. I would not book with Viator again in Bali.

The service was great. We used this service when we arrived and when we left. Greg, our guide couldn't have been lovelier and he was so helpful. Greg was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and the car was comfy and airconditioned.
