Guests who are looking to experience breathtaking views of Banff are invited to take a scenic 15-minute ride up North American Chair to the sightseeing lookout at 2090 meters. Enjoy the views from the viewing boardwalk and sightseeing platform.
At Banff’s only winter sightseeing chair during the 2015/16 winter season, foot passengers are invited to ride up, take in the views and warm up in the Cliffhouse Bistro with a hot drink and a bite to eat. In the summer, you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine or a craft beer on the Cliff House Bistros rooftop patio whilst taking in the views.
