WELL worth the price. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Our guide went out of his way to make sure we got to see authentic Thailand. He was very knowledgable in Thai history and world history and Thai culture. This tour was one of the big highlights of our trip. Dont miss it.!!

This was a GREAT tour! My fiancée and I were the only members of the tour group, and the tour guide and driver were very professional and accommodating in our desires to emphasize certain areas of the trip. We never felt rushed to get moving from one destination to the next. The accommodations were also GREAT. I most highly recommend this trip for those interested in learning the history and culture of this area in Thailand.

I recommend this tour if you are really interested in the history and culture of Thailand. The guide was very knowledgeable about everything and told me so much about the country, in fact almost too much. _br/_
The first day felt a bit stressed with the summer palace and Ayutthaya, in fact we did not spend enough time in Ayutthaya and just saw a fraction of the ruins. The itinerary required us to explore the area in the middle of the day, so it was also just too hot and I think it should be planned differently. I loved the second day, though: The walk at Erawan National Park was fantastic and we also spend a lot of time at the memorial in Kanchanaburi and on the railway. The last day was bit too short, we left Kanchanaburi for Bangkok at around 11.30am and I think that is too early for an advertised three day tour. However, the hotel we stayed at was fantastic it was the Royal River Kwai Resort and altogether, I enjoyed the tour.

This 3 day tour was the highlight of my trip to Thailand. I was amazed that as a single traveller, i was the only person on the tour as generally a tour won't accept the booking if there is only one person. The tour guide was exceptional and very attentive. I know that is easy to say when you are the only person on the tour in saying that after spending a little time together he was very clued in to my ideosyncrasies such as photos of my travelling stubby holder and a beer with lunch. _br/_
The accomodation was good as it was out of the husltle and bustle of the main town. The food at the accomodation was reasonably priced and very yummy. The nearby Mini Mart had cheap beer. Although it didn't have a gym it was safe to run down the road in the morning with a big verge thus limiting the risk of
