Even I booked a Share Ride, finally I got a private service. It was a surprise. May be the driver feel bad to have this deal, he has no smile for the whole trip!

Excellent - booked last minute and got a very good private car to the airport. Driver was on time and very courteous. Less than half the price our hotel was going to charge us. Would recommend highly. We got a local taxi to the hotel when we arrived in Bangkok which, whilst cheap and functional, was not the best experience we have had in a taxi so booked this for the return and was a very good decision.

Very organized company, my departure was to leave the hotel at 5.30am in the morning. Driver was there early, I was the only passenger, delivered safe and securely. I also used this company for arrivals as well, similar experience with 2 other passengers.

The service in charge of my pickup couldn't have been better. I missed my connection from Zagreb to Dubrovnik and was easily able to call them to tell them I would be on a later plane. Then the later plane was diverted to Rome as Dubrovnik was too windy to land. I couldn't reach them but figured they would know when my flight didn't come in that I would be again delayed. Next, I called them from Rome to tell them that I would be coming in on a special flight but I didn't know the flight number, just that we were supposed to fly out at 1:30 p.m. But we didn't fly out until 3:30 p.m. My ride was waiting for me then.

While I booked a shared transfer it ended up being just me in a private car. Vehicle was very new and in great shape. The driver was very polite and efficient. Total drive time from my Hotel Hilton Millennium to the airport was just around 1 hour in rush hour traffic which is normal.

The driver was on time and he got us to the airport on time, however we were dropped off at the international departure drop off area when we were actually supposed to be dropped off at the domestic departure area for Air Asia. Attention to detail must be paid when a person is paying for a service. As a result, we had to take a shuttle to the correct side of the airport, which would not have happened if we were dropped off at the correct airline departure point, which is why I was unable to rate this trip 5 stars.

This was a problem. When I arrived, there was no one waiting for me. After wandering around for a while, I found the Thai Tourist Department counter and they referred me to the company I had booked the transfer with. I spoke with their on-ground representative who had no record of my booking. However, when she called the office, they located it and sent a car for me. It took a good 45 minutes to arrive. They came through in the end but it was a hassle I didn't need after 21 hours in transit.

I booked shared arrival and departure transfer with Viator in Sept 2014. Completely hassle free and very efficient. The drivers are very polite and punctual. I was lucky in that there were no other customers and I got a private transfer both ways for the same price._br/_
I would highly recommend this to any female travelling alone, who has hesitations about grabbing a taxi from the airport in a foreign country (particularly at night). Yes it costs more,but it is worth the peace of mind.

Waiting for us as soon as we came through and nice air conditioned bus / minivan to hotel. Friendly lady named Nana gave us a warm welcome to Bangkok and ran us through exchange rates and offered us tours / trips and useful leaflets. No hard sell, we weren't interested and it wasn't an issue. She managed to sort out an error on our return journey as well (my error giving wrong flight time). Is more expensive than a taxi however after a 12 hour flight it was nice to know it was waiting for us and we didn't have to negotiate with a taxi. Well worth the extra cost and will use again.
