Learn to cook an authentic Central and Isaan-style Thai meal in a local home with your host Lae. In your private, hands-on cooking lesson, you'll learn how to prepare some of Lae's favorite dishes while learning about Thai culinary and cultural heritage. After cooking, enjoy the delicious meal you helped prepare and leave with life-long memories, unique recipes, and a new friend.

Meet your host Lae in front of a centrally MRT station and then walk together to his apartment and learn to prepare a traditional Thai meal. Enjoy watching Lae's passion for cooking and how his cooking reflects the culinary heritage from both northern Thailand and the Isaan region. 

Growing up, Lae's father was known as the best cook in the village and was frequently called upon to prepare feasts for the village’s most important social and religious occasions. Step into Lae’s kitchen and sample his father’s legacy for yourself!

Learn to prepare dishes such as a steaming chicken soup flavored with lemongrass, galangal, coriander root, and tomato; or grilled pork tossed with pickled garlic, lemongrass, and crushed brown rice grains; or a Central Thai-style green curry with chicken. 

After working in the kitchen, enjoy a delicious, traditional meal and an engaging conversation together. Return to the hotel with a full stomach, new recipes, and an unforgettable experience from your travels.
