Meet your guide and small group of no more than six people near Tha Tien pier at 8:30am and set off to explore Rattanakosin Island.
Listen as your guide reveals the secrets of Bangkok's long and fascinating history as you pass landmarks such as Wat Mahthat, Sanam Luang, and the City Pillar Shrine, then stop to take photos of the Grand Palace, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha). After a 2-mile (3km) route taking in Bangkok's historic highlights, your tour ends at 11am outside Tha Maharaj, from where you can continue sightseeing independently or ride the public ferry back to the city.
