There is simply no better place to watch Thai boxing than in Bangkok at Rajdamnoen Stadium. You will arrive at the arena by air-conditioned private vehicle and be seated with your guide in a VIP area for a premium view of the ring. Enjoy the electric atmosphere inside as professionals fight, punch and kick their way to the top!
The ancient art developed in Ayutthaya five centuries ago, and many of the techniques are still practiced today. Muay Thai is often called the 'art of the eight limbs' because the master kickboxers can make contact with their hands, shins, elbows and knees. For years, fighters competed with no safety gear, but nowadays they duke it out with gloves on.
You quickly realize those gloves are simply a formality as the fighters punch, jab and kick each other just a few feet away from your seat. Your knowledgeable guide helps you understand the match each step of the way. You might still be asking questions about the moves you saw as your guide drops you at your hotel late in the evening via private vehicle!
It should be noted that the tour duration might vary, depending on how long each fight takes. Spectators under 18 years of age are not permitted.

Muay Thai at Rajadamnern is fantastic, totally worthwhile. It's actually perfectly easy to get to the Stadium and buy tickets for yourself. But Pok is extremely knowledgeable about muay thai and the venue, and gave great commentary throughout, so we were really happy with going through this tour.

Great experience if you like boxing and live sports! It is a bit pricey, and you could do it much cheaper if you go there on your own. However, if you're uneasy about traveling in a foreign city, than getting this tour is right for you if you are ok with spending money on it.

Our guide was very friendly and well organised but I would not say this trip is worth the money. If you buy ringside seats and book a taxi you will pay half and have a similar experience. The muay thai is worth seeing for sure.

We enjoyed our night at Muay Thai, but I think this tour is overpriced for what you get. We could have taken a taxi and bought VIP tickets for half what we paid for this tour and we didn't get all that much additional information from our guide. I'd definitely recommend a night at the national stadium, but I'd probably do a DIY approach next time.

A must see if you are in Bangkok. We were picked up right on time by our guide Jonny. The driver was nice and provided a calm and safe trip. Jonny asked if we had already had dinner and kindly recommended a nice restaurant before the main fights started which was fantastic since we landed at 3pm making it a tight schedule and we were prepared to miss dinner. But it all worked out great. Jonny is very knowledgeable about Muay Thai and boxing in general - he is a big fan, and able to answer all our questions. The VIP seats were amazingly close to the ring, the atmosphere was fantastic. We got photos with the Main Event fighter. All fighters were skilled, and respectful to their club, coach and ref. There was no name calling or bad mouthing like other forms of fighting. It was overall very enjoyable and we will go to another Muay Thai fight next time we are in Bangkok.

My husband went to this tour by himself and came back very upset. The guide told him to meet him outside at 9pm and that is the time the main event started. He stayed to see the main event and the guide came looking for him very upset. So what did we pay for. The service level has declined.

We got picked up on time from our hotel and drove 2 hours in the horrible traffic to make it to Lumpinee stadium(I'd recommend picking one of the days at the other stadium for this reason). Our guide was very nice. He answered all our questions, sat with us and described the fight to us and even got our picture taken with the winner of the main event. The ride home was only 30 minutes! I'd highly recommend this!
