Our guide was at the airport to collect us, with a clearly marked sign. There was no problem when I called to advise our plane had been delayed by 5 hours. The car was clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble trying to find our hotel but it was in a strange place, no fault of the guide.

It is always challenging getting to a new country, but right out of customs, they were waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. They took us from the airport right to the hotel and I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time.

This is the only way I travel any more to airports I haven't been to. Once again this saved my bacon, as our flight was an hour late. Before going through customs I made a phone call to say I was running pretty late, and after I got out of the entry area I finally found my tour driver. My only suggestion is that there are like 100 tour operators waiting for people with signs. But it was so great to have someone at that point say follow me and then to take you directly to your hotel was great.

I would not recommend booking this arrival transfer. It cost a little over 46 for us, and when we took a taxi back to the airport, it was about 15 for both of us 500 Baht including 75 Baht for tolls. So cost itself was extremely high, but upon arrival we found our name taped to a railing and had to find our greeter who was at a nearby kiosk. Then she didn't say anything other than follow me, and then walked us downstairs to a driver and vehicle and really didn't explain anything to us. The driver didn't speak any English so we just got in and hoped for the best. There were no issues on getting to our hotel, but the whole arrival and meeting process was awkward and poor customer service.

Excellent service, again, from a viator contractor. We didn't arrive until 1:00 AM, and it took an additional hour to clear customs and immigration due to multiple arrivals at the same time, then, he waited, patiently, as we had to go to the left luggage section to recover items we had left there, which took another 30 minutes, before we finally were ready to head out to our hotel.

I was met courteously at the barricade inside the arrival hall and my suitcase was taken in hand. Just outside the terminal, I was handed over to the driver. The car was nice, clean and comfortable and the driver was very competent. He did not seem to have any English so I'm glad I was going to a major hotel that was clearly well known to him. I would use this service again for sure.

We arrived at Suvarnabhumi International Airport Bangkok at 1 am. Not knowing what to expect we paid to have the private arrival Transfer. The cost was 50.00 dollars. On our return later in the week from Phuket we took a taxi from Don Munang airport and paid approximately 30.00 dollars for a longer drive. Worth the extra money to be confident about our safe arrival, maybe or maybe not.

Very rude and unhelpful meeting by woman from Tour East. No help with luggage. She shouted at me all the time. She rushed ahead leaving me well behind on the way to the car. _br/_ Very disappointing. Fortunately the car and driver were excellent, but the whole experience ruined by the rude meeting.
