The actual boat trip is nice and the dinner was ok. The seating was pre-arranged and you didn't have to run to get to a seat. The real challenge is to get to the Boat. We had to wait with the ticket along with few hundred people without knowing whether we are doing the right thing. They have few boats departing fro the wharf and have some sort of a system that works but you are not even given a hint whether you are on the right track. But it was a good boat trip.. I would do it once!

The tour guide just leaves you on the dock and there are a million people there. We didn't enjoy it very much as there were way to many people on the boat and the food was cold.

This tour was fine. If we were to do it again, we'd want to sit on the open, top deck, rather than inside behind the glass windows. The food was was good and plentiful. The onboard entertainment was fun, and a great effort was made by the singer - hostess to get the customers to join in the singing, dancing, and amusement.

Not great, to many people and you arent given the option whether to sit inside or outside and if u wanted to go outside to see the view you cant see anything as people seated outside after dinner dont move so you can enjoy the view too. Entertainment was really bad.

Nice scenery, but get ready for the boarding process. Tons of people waiting for the boats and they push to get on. Would be nice to have a more organized queue or board by sections or something. Food was decent for the price.

I took the cruise with my girl friend. We made sure to get on the boat as early as possible to get a good table for eating the meal. We got on the end of the table near the buffet so easy to go back for seconds. There was plenty of food and desserts. The food was OK, not gourmet. There was a singer performing where we were. After eating, we went upstairs to the deck to look at the night lights and surrounding area of the river. There was also a singer performing there. It was a nice night with decent weather. I don't know if it is worth the money paid, but it was not a bad experience.

Although boarding at the Pier is a little crazy and disorganized, the cruise was very enjoyable. The food was delicious with great service al to enjoy while seeing the beautiful river sights. I also enjoyed the entertainment/shows on board. I would definitely do this again.

Dropped off to utter chaos with crowds right next to the river were dangerous with a lot of pushing to the front. The driver helped us get our ticket but then we were left with no instruction on where to wait. On the boat there was a Chinese buffet and singers, but no guide to point out temples

I have been on a few dinner cruises before and this one was not very good. The loading process like a jammed cattle call funneling hundreds of people through a single Gangway. I had my 83 year old Aunt with me and was concerned we were going to get plowed over. The service was just ok and we had to wait for water and drinks. The Buffet dinner was also just OK and the food got cold on your plate before you got back to your table. The entertainer was a bit like karaoke and kept singling out people that didn't want to be singled out to sing along. I would not book this tour again.
