Small-Group Edible Arts and Snacks Class in Bangkok

This unique 3.5 hour cooking and food arts workshop is based in Bangkok's famous flower market and combines food art and dessert making. Using ingredients we find in the market, this fun food and craft workshop includes activities such as fruit and vegetable carving, snack and dessert making, and herbal drink and tea making. This is a small group workshop of only 10 people ensures a more personalized service from your instructor and guide.

The workshop starts at 2pm with a 30 minute walk through the flower and vegetable markets. This walk will help procure the ingredients for the afternoon.

Once back at the workshop space, the instructor will teach you a range of traditional Thai desserts and food art. These will include:

• Fruit and Vegetable Carving (approx 40 mins)
• Thai Dessert and snack making (approx 1.5 hours)
• Thai herbal teas

By the end of the workshop you will have had a truly unique, tasty, and beautiful Thai afternoon tea.

Some of the desserts we make change on a daily basis but there are several ingredients that will pop up during the workshop. These may include: bananas and banana leaves, lotus stems, coconut milk, and fruits and vegetables.

The workshop is taught in a shop overlooking the flower market and will depart from there at 5:30pm.
