A 6.30am early start will get in tune with the locals. We will transfer you to Lumpini Park, where you will have a 45 minutes tai-chi group lesson given by a master. This experience will re-focus and energize you through a series of slow movements and is for everybody a rewarding experience.
At around 8.30am we will transfer you back to your hotel.
