Well worth the price!!! Others had to wait in line at customs for one hour or more. We were greeted by an FTA agent, walked passed the huge line and were immediately first for customs. We were out of the airport in less than 15 minuted. I would recommend this service to anyone flying into Barbados. Wish other airports had a service like this.

The Fast Track service was excellent. As soon as we stepped off the plane we saw our agent with our names on a sign. She was super friendly and helpful. She assisted with customs, directed us to our bags, directed us to the duty free store, and got us to the front of the line for exiting the airport and taxi. So smooth and trouble free. Barbados is a beautiful island with amazing beaches

The Fast Track is an excellent service to navigate thru Immigration and Customs when entering Barbados. We came in on an afternoon flight, just ahead of two large planes from Canada and Europe. And the service was still value added in time savings. Unfortunately, our longest wait was waiting for our luggage.

This was incredible! The arrivals area was jammed with a long line but we easily saw the friendly lady holding the sign with our name and she whisked us away through customs and immigration. I think we were in our transportation to the resort within 5-10 minutes didn't have any checked bags to wait for. It was a great way to start our vacation and I would highly recommend it, especially if your flight's arriving around the same time as many others.

The Fast Track Service worked very well,given that several planes arrived at the same time. However,even though we got through customs quickly,we waited for our bags right along side those folks who did not opt for this service. The other point to be made is BGI may be one,if not the worst airports to process departing passengers. Barbados has 19 unemployment and we wonder if they could add just a few folks to help process us through the endless lines to get through customs. For me, there is no more Barbados,I would rather eat a live chicken then go through the departure debacle again. Actually,I might pay for a Fast Track exit,but since I will never return I will never know.

I have been to Barbados at least 30 times in the last 40 years. Service through terminal was great as usual but when I asked agent to get us a cab she bypassed the line of bright,clean available waiting taxies and called a cab from off the airport. We waited a few minutes for this and then a dirty, shabby old taxi arrived for us driven by a very old man apparently in poor health which the agent directed us to. I asked the driver to stop at a store on the road to our hotel and he grunted an unintelliglble reply. He coughed a dry hacking cough continually the entire time and went right past the store I had asked him stop with no explanation. Not a good start to our vacation.

Very good service, similar to Club Mobay in Jamaica. Met by 2 well dressed and knowledgeable reps at Arrivals - held placard with our names on it. 'Walked' us from start to our hotel shuttle. Bypassed all lines. Worth it, even if you have to wait for the usually slow baggage pickup.

Having been to Barbados the previous year and queued at immigration for a good hour after an 8 hour flight I looked up the VIP service and booked immediately having seen past guests walk straight to the front of an empty queue and out!

It was amazing to be fast tracked. However, when I arrived the person was not at the gate when I approached. I had asked a few people that worked for Grantley Adams airport for direction where I could find the Viatour representative. They advised they would be there to greet me after I went thru customs. Which was going to be an excessively long wait. I was very disappointed. I went back outside and waitied at the gate patiently, hoping that the representative would show up. Finally the person from Viatour approached me commenting that she was delayed because she was assisting other guests. My understanding was that they would be there as soon as you approached and did not have to look around for the representative.

I would recommend this service. We landed on the 16th of Dec and there were several planes in front of us. The line to go through customs was out the main entrance, which would have taken at least an hour and a half to get through. With fast track we were through within a half hour and waiting for our luggage. The agent assigned to us was very friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely use this service when/if we return to Barbados.

Having endured the arrivals hall at Grantley Adams with several flight loads of passengers spilling out of the door I decided to book the fast track service. Apart from not spotting our name held by our greeter the whole experience was very good. We were through immigration and customs in 15 minutes previously this would have taken a hour or more. Highly recommend this if arriving on Friday or Saturday particularly if cruise passengers arriving. Check GAIA arrivals and if lots of Thomas Cook, Thompson, American, Jet Blue, Air Canada, Virgin due in go for Fast Track unlesss you enjoy standing in a very long hot line.

Your escort helps you find your luggage also, and will escort you to your next mode of transport to ensure your journey through the airport is completed quickly and without incident. We were met immediately on our arrival by a very pleasant lady whose name I cant remember and escorted promptly and efficiently through immigration and customs and out to our car rental representative. If you are on a large plane or arriving later in the afternoon when the arrivals from Europe come in, even if you have to wait for your luggage, it is well worthwhile.

Unfortunately I dont remember her name, but the lady who met us was great. She was very friendly. We had to wait a while for our luggage, but she chatted with us while we waited. There actually wasnt a huge crowd at the airport, but it was still nice to walk past those who were there.

Fast track through customs was slower than normal line, as it was held up by a local businessman who was being integrated by the official as he was clearly trying to smuggle goods. We asked whether we could go to another line but we're told we had to stay where we were because we had booked fast track. Which took about 40 mins! The last time we used the service it took only a few minutes

We had been advised to book the fast track arrival service in Barbados as international flights arrive about the same time and the line up for passport control might be over an hour. We were greeted by a very able agent who got us through customs in minutes. She then helped us with our luggage and led us to the airport taxi. She was both helpful and polite. _br/_ All in all, a very efficient and useful service. I would highly recommend it.
