After hotel pickup, head by coach to Harrison’s Cave, located in the parish of St Thomas in the lush central uplands of Barbados, about 8 miles (13 km) north of Bridgetown and 5 miles (8 km) east of Holetown.
When you arrive, board the electric tram that will take you through the cave with an experienced guide. As you descend underground and make your way through the 1.4-mile (2.3-km) cavern, be wowed by its natural features, from rushing waterfalls and streams to calm pools and cool limestone rock. Admire the dramatic stalactites and stalagmites, and hear from your guide about how they are continuously growing year by year at a rate that’s less than the thickness of paper.
Enter the Great Hall, named for its height of 50 feet (15 meters), and learn a bit about the cave’s discovery in the 1970s. The tram stops occasionally so you can hop off and explore.
When you’re finished at the cave, return to the coach and continue east to the Atlantic coast of Barbados for a scenic drive to the fishing and surfing village of Bathsheba. Stop here for about 15 minutes to take photos, admire the views, relax on the sand and enjoy a refreshing drink (rum punch, fruit punch or water). Your tour ends with hotel or port drop-off.
The caves were great! However we had to pick people of from a ship and were in the hot van several hours. Make sure u don and #39;t get car sick before booking this one.

Driver Eddy was very pleasant and informative. Original ad said lunch available for purchase on the beach presumably at Bathsheba, but not the case.

Great experience with this tour. It was in the off-season so me and my wife were the only two on the mini-bus. Tour guide was friendly and seemed to know everyone on the island! Harrison's cave is a must see and this is the perfect tour if you are looking for a bit more than just one stop while not taking up the whole day. The beach on the other side of the island was very beautiful and we got some great pictures.

Poorly organized, no air-conditioning in very long car ride. No guide just a driver, didn't learn anything about barbadoes. Highly recommend the caves, worth seeing but you need more then an hour if you want to do some caves on your own. Use a different tour company then "scenic Barbados". Viator outsources its trips so they were trustworthy but just not organized and poorly run.
