This was the first time I used Viator for an airport transfer. I scheduled the shuttle service online and was nervous about how it would work. We had a bit of trouble locating the office inside the airport but were quickly directed there after stopping at the information center of the airport. Our shuttle transfer was on their computer and after a short wait in the airport we followed the driver to the parking garage. He took both of our large suitcases while we followed behind. We made one very brief stop to pick up another customer from a second terminal and then proceeded to Barcelona. We were delivered to our rented apartment in quick order. Everyone was helpful and courteous. We have two more transfers schedule with Viator.

It was really convenient to have this service. The only thing I would change is using a different way to confirm the trip prior to arriving, it only lists an international phone number.

The meeting point was a little hard to find, had to ask a couple of people where it was. Other than that, everything went smoothly. We waited about 20 minutes for our ride which took us directly to our hotel. I would recommend the service for Barcelona arrival.

The service provided was horrible. The voucher stated there could be up to a 30 minute wait from arrival at the transfer desk until your transfer left. It was over 2.5 hours!There was only one person at the desk, there were significant confirmed passengers and no drivers. Obviously not properly planned or executed. A really horrible way to start a trip after an international flight. I have written to Viator 3x to register my complaint and disappointment and have not gotten any reply. My first booking with Viator and a huge disappointment!

The transportation was good. We had to wait a while for them to pick us up and I'm used to having my mode of transport waiting when I arrive. That is the only thing that I didn't like. Other than that, hey it was transportation.

Go to off the plane got luggage then had to wait over an hour for shuttle bus. Rainy day and lots of traffic in Barcelona. It there was 5 of us that had to wait well over an hour to finally get on shuttle bus. Once in the shuttle our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I could have caught a taxi much much quicker even if it would have cost more I would have been to my hotel a lot sooner. Dry dissapointed.

If you want less than an hour wait to board the shuttle forget it. We landed 8:30 am local time and did not get to our hotel until 12:05 PM._br/_ The directions to find the shuttle office were not helpful at all. I will say that getting through Spain's customs was very easy, but that only accounted for 30 minutes of the over three and a half hours to get to our hotel. I would never recommend this Shuttle again.

Once I got into the van, the driver was great. The problem was that although the promise was one might have to wait and #34;up to 30 minutes to depart, I had to wait 90 minutes. Neither airport staff or call center staff willing or able to address problem. Experience unsatisfactory and not as promised.

Had to wait almost an hour for the driver to arrive, would have been much quicker to get a taxi. I was the only pick up at the airport and then had to pick some other people up from a hotel as they had been dropped at the wrong hotel earlier two hotels with similar names caused the confusion - with the delayed pick-up and the sorting out of the other travellers the time to get to my hotel was much much longer!

It was a standard shared transfer. The only complaint myself and the other 3 people who shared this transfer was, they had us wait about 1 hour until getting to the van and departing to our hotels.

The shuttle service was a good option, especially if you are traveling alone, however I did not read the directions carefully enough and was waiting for a personalized escort when I landed. Otherwise, the shuttle was on time and had me quickly to my hotel and then back to the airport.

An efficient way to guarantee transportation from the airport but comparable to a taxi for two people I'd say it was a bit expensive. We took a taxi back to the airport on the way home and the taxi only cost about 8 euros more than the cost of one person on this service. Sense we were two people it ended up being cheaper to use a taxi.

This was easy to book, when I had arrived at the airport I was a little confused on where to find the place to check in at but besides that the driver arrived within 15 minutes and I was off to the hotel. The driver drove for tips and did a great job explaining the city to us as well as explain good places to go see and eat. My boyfriend and I were the only 2 people in the shuttle which was convenient.

I had no regrets after hailing a taxi on my own to take me to the port where that driver was not friendly, did not speak English and tried to charge more than was on the meter. Given the two experiences, I can without hesitation recommend Barcelona Airport Shuttle as a safe and affordable alternative to a traditional taxi.

We found the vendor easily after clearing customs. Unfortunately, we had to wait for other travelers on the same transport. They never showed up and after 45 minutes we were on our way to the hotel in a nice van. The driver was courteous and accommodating. Traffic was pretty congested but we arrived at the hotel safely and in a timely manner. This is so much easier than the hassle of finding a cab and then being informed at the end of the trip that you owe more than agreed this happened to me on my first trip to Barcelona.

When we arrived at the airport we had a hard time finding where we were to be picked up finally some guy told us where to go but no one was at the pickup but in approximately 10 minutes someone came by and said it would be about 30 minutes. At least we did have a place to sit down. The driver was great dropped us off at the hotel and had an enjoyable ride. I would recommend the shuttle transfer but better instructions where to be picked up.
