Waited bout 20mins for the driver, which was within the timeframe expected. I was the only person in the shuttle._br/_ Except the driver was in a rush, and pretty much drove really fast.. specially in the carpark which freaked out some people.. and reached over 130 on the highways at one stage. he was nice though.

When booking the conditions were a possible up to 1/2 hour wait, no problems. To wait the best part of 1 1/2 hours and to not be able to get any firm time of departure, just shortly, shortly is not good enough. Everyone waiting were getting very angry with the lack of communication.

Our driver showed up on time actually a bit early and helped us with our bags, got us to the airport, along with another couple, in good time for our flight. He was a funny and personable driver telling us about his family and pets, so the drive went very quickly. we would highly recommend him.

Shuttle was on time. However we learned it would we cheaper to get your own private taxi. Your hotel could call for on or they are waiting on every street. Not only cheaper but you don't have to pick up other people.

After having a long 12 hour long flight to Barcelona from the USA and not knowing the area well and not wanting to deal with public transportation, I decided to get the airport shuttle. believe you could get a better rate for 4 just calling a cab. the shuttle arrived on time and made 2 stops after our pickup, one where the driver ran acroos the street for his breakfast while all 6 passengers remained in a closed up non running van. he also dropped in a parking garage at the airport and told us how to get to the terminal. Seemed very strange since we saw the terminal drop off was like any other where taxis and vans could drive write-up to the curb. As a heads up for travelers leaveing Barcelona, I would give yourself at least 3 hours at the airport to get to you're gate.

We had a smooth, calm drive, but our driver was a bit late - not his fault, he had other passengers! but when you're trying to make a flight, even 10 minutes is a big deal. He didn't speak much English, and he looped the airport without dropping us, which we found was to ensure the other passengers got out to make their flights. _br/_ All in all, a good service, but a bit confusing. Definitely a great price and a good ride, but recommend asking for a pickup earlier than you actually need.
