The city is beautiful but the aerial view is amazing. I was about 10 minutes late from my scheduled arrival and they worked around it and still able to move our flight 5 minutes behind. However, I wish they had a recording in the helicopter pointing out where to look at and what not.

Wonderful experience, good value! Never been in a helicopter before so that was fun in itself, plus fantastic views over the city. Everything went smoothly from the booking up to the flight itself. Thoroughly recommend it.

Loved loved loved this tour. There are no words to describe how beautiful this city looks for up high. Absolutely recommend - best way to see Barcelona or a hot air balloon but we'll do that next trip.

I enjoyed the 12 min helicopter ride. The view of Barcelona up in the air is absolutely stunning. What I love is the coastline of Barcelonetta. 12 min was enough for me as I am afraid of heights. The price was dear but it was worth it. The only thing I was concerned about that in case of emergencies, there was no proper instruction how to unfasten/fasten the seatbelt. But overall it was amazing!

The 7 - 10 minutes helicopter ride is more like an overhead pass of Barcelona. There is no dialogue or explanation of what is in view below. If you only have 24 hours or less in Barcelona the helicopter ride isn't going to provide an understanding of the city. Although the cost is very affordable the experience isn't worth the time. I will say the vendor is very friendly and polite.

You get a wonderful view of Barcelona and a brilliant opportunity to take lots of photos. The trip was a slow glide over all the interesting locations. I was a little concerned when I rang to confirm the time to be told they didn't have a record of my booking but they managed to fit us in on the same day just a little later. The price on the flyers at the Helicopter office were the same as Viator which I was surprised to see, usually with Viator you get good deals. Still worth it, a great trip.

All helicopter flights are expensive which was my expectation. I have flown in quite a few, therefore I expect to pay a high price. This was a great way to see most of Barcelona from the air, quickly and from a perspective you cannot see from the ground or in an aircraft. This was a birthday treat for my wife. The bonus was that she sat in the front seat with the pilot, therefore having a stunning view over the city. Our 12 minute flight captured all the key sights across the city. All the staff at the heliport were friendly and helpful. Tip: travel to the heliport by taxi, it is a long way out by Cruise terminal A. Not a place to walk to especially on a hot day

Brilliant flight shame the time flies by, very well organised, the only down side was it flew right over Sagrada Familia so we did not see any of it, it would be much better if they flew to one side of it so you could see it!

Absolutely amazing. Fantastic views over the city and shoreline and all over too soon. Unfortunately, as a small framed female, I was seated in the middle of the back seat between two large gentlemen making the viewing and taking of photographs somewhat restricted. Still, the experience was unequalled.

A great way to see Barcelona and well worth the money. Booking was simple and we were notified of exact flight time slot, by text the day before flight. You have to re-confirm your booking though!! Not sure why, surely paying up front is confirmation enough. We walked to the heliport, which was quite a way over the road bridge from the town/port. There was no commentary on our flight, but I don't really need one. The pilot flew us OVER the main sights, but on some sights it was impossible to get a photo as the helicopter obscured the view directly below. Should've flown around them. or had a glass floor : Overall, a must do when visiting Barcelona.

Highly recommended it is such a beautiful city and even more so from the air. Never been in a helicopter before and even though I am afraid of heights I loved every minute and will definitely do it soon when I go back. The pilot was very handsome too!

This company does not have any customer service whatsoever. I called a week before we were due to fly to confirm as per the instructions on our confirmation. I was told I would get a call the day before the flight to confirm time of flight and I confirmed my contact mobile number with them to call me. I received an email at 11.45am to confirm a flight was booked at 11.00am on the 29th December but I waited until 12.13pm the day before the flight as I had not received a call to confirm the flight. I was then told by the lady that the flight had been cancelled as they had tried to call me on a telephone number of which was totally unknown to me to confirm details with me,the lady said they would call me on the day the flight was scheduled for at around midday to see if they could arrange another time as they were now fully booked.This would mean I would have to either wait at my hotel for a call and waste a morning of my holiday waiting for a call or go out and carry all the passports with me. I called their office from 08.40am until 09.30am when they finally answered my call and was then told my flight was at 11.00am so if I had not called myself and had waited to receive a call from them at midday as I was informed would happen I would have missed the flight altogether. I said that 11am was not not acceptable as we were just having breakfast and had prepared ourselves to wait for a call from them at midday and she said I could book another time straight away after I had been told the day before that they were fully booked. We arrived on site at 11.15am and was greeted with a "your to early" although they do ask you to be there 30mins before your booking. Then all of a sudden the receptionist comes over and says to us in a rude fashion to hurry up as we have a helicopter going in a couple of minutes and she wanted us to get on it. There was no commentary on board the helicopter so we didn't know what we were looking at and where we were flying.

It was way too short - less than 10 from take off to landing. The worst part was no narration. We were told ahead of time what we would see however, not very effective when seen from the air._br/_
I have been on may helicopter tours in different parts of the world and ALL of them gave you headsets - some were recorded like on the hop on Hop off bus, others given by pilot. Either way it should be part of tour.
