Enjoy a convenient hotel pickup between 8:30am-9:30am, then greet your professional guide and your small group of eight or less on your way to Montjuïc by private vehicle. Take in the panoramic views over Barcelona's Old Quarter and coastline, and admire the variety of architectural styles below your feet.

He was an expert driver and demonstrated concise knowledge of Barcelonas history and its contemporary highlights. Had a private tour with Francesco. He was very prompt. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the highlights of Barcelona and even took us to his favorite restaurant to enjoy authentic Catalan meal.

We had a terrific tour with Andre as our tour guide. THe tour ended up to be just my wife and I so it was really a private tour that we both really appreciated. He had extensive knowledge of the many sites to see in the beautiful city of Barcelona. WE learned so much about the history of this magnificent location. There is quite a bit of walking about Barcelona but it is very well worth it as this place has so much history and so many beautiful sites to see. This guide will give you a great tour!

highly recommend. we loved our tour guide. only thing i want to point out is that this tour does not include entrance into the La Sagrega, so I would be sure to book your tickets or another tour for that in advance. We waited until we got to Barcelona and by that time the entrance tickets were sold out for several days.

We took this tour in May. We were picked up by our very knowledgeable guide Nuri. We were pleasantly surprised since we had the car to ourselves. We were taken to the sites as promised and given detailed description and history of each place. She skillfully scheduled each stop according to the weather forecast for that day so we wouldn't be rained on. We couldn't have asked for a better deal or a better guide. We highly recommend this tour.

We booked this half day tour before our cruise. Very disappointed. We were put in the full day tour group. So 3 people have full day tour and 5 have half day tour in the same van. The guide finished our tour at 12:00pm without visiting Sagrada Familia. He told us that if we wanted to visit Sagrada Familia, we had to wait for the full day people to finish lunch and then go to Sagrada Familia at 2:00pm. We had to catch our cruise in the afternoon, so after negotiating with the guide, he drove us to Sagrada Falilia to take some pictures. _br/_ Our guide is very knowledgeable.

Our guide was Kurt, he was at our hotel for pickup right on time, even a few minutes early. We were picked up in a private car and it was only my husband and I which we were pleasantly surprised that we were getting a private tour! Kurt took us around various areas in the city first by car,pointing at various interesting spots around the city as noted in the description of the tour. We were able to get out and take pictures of the city from a beautiful location with a great view. Getting back into the car, we parked and took a walking tour. Kurt seemed knowledgeable and shared some aspects of his own life growing up in Barcelona and his interesting heritage of part German, part Spanish background. He made some recommendations concerning some restaurants and other places to visit if we had time. Instead of dropping us back at the hotel we asked him to drop us off in the city so that we could have lunch at one of the places he recommended which turned out to be very good. Our one complaint was he smoked and though he did not smoke in the car, we feel it would have been appropriate for him to ask us if we minded if he smoked while we were walking around. Neither my husband or I tolerate smoking very well. If you dont have much time in the city then this highlights tour is a good one.

This was one of the best tours we have ever done. Our guide Vincente, was a mine of information with regard to the history of Barcelona, he knew everything about everything. I've been to Barcelona many times on business but saw more of the real Barcelona in this one half day tour that I have ever seen before. There was a lot of walking but at least it's flat. We will go back to Barcelona and will do another tour, it's a beautiful City with so much to see.

I was expecting a tour with a few people but was really surprised when a driver showed up at our hotel and told us his car was around the corner...when I asked isn't this a tour with others I found out it is a private INDIVIDUAL tour which obviously made it very personal and you can go at your pace, etc. The driver Ruben was very nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave this tour 3 stars is because I thought this included entrance to the Montjuic tram and the Sagrada Familia and it doesn't. If you want to go in, you have to pay separately .
